my opinion dont kill me pls rare (29 gems) golden barley: i thought this was super rare at the start ngl super rare (79 gems) corrupted sprout: amazing animation and overall design epic (149 gems) nightmare sandy: i was gonna say kraken surge until i remembered this existed, this looks straight up from multi brawl stars mods mythic (199 gems) ares nani or rodeo hank: both goated skins i cant decide legendary (299 gems) virus 8-bit: no one beat this one since it came out
Ok I get where your coming from with virus 8 bit and I get its ur opinion, I respect it, however many get blinded by the fact that this skin is limited and dont see the skin itself. Sure, it has cool voicelines and attack effect but it lacks any type of super effect, which is very dissapointing for a 300 gem skin, considering even 80 gem skins have that. Another con would be the kill effect, its a pretty bad one, doesnt stand out at all and there are way better ones. Considering these facts, it might be a cool 300 gem skin but I assure you if it wasn't limited it wouldnt even get close to the appreciation it holds nowadays.

what about zombrock for 30 gems? he has custom animations, a thing that rare skins dont have. And also evil gene BEATS every other epic skin easily. custon voice and sounds a thing intended only for legendary skins and amazing brawler model with awesome animations.
Personally: 29 Gem: Golden Barley (tis very clean) because of custom effects. 79 Gem: Dionysus Angelo because it is very unique and interesting all around. 149 Gem: Nerd Squeak. Might be controversial, but i think the countdown is very cool and the whole idea being him being a D&D Fanatic is awesome. Plus the model is very cool also. 199 Gem: RODEO HANK MILK MILK MILK MILK MILK MILK MILK MILK MILK MILK MILK. 299 Gem: Jock Stu. The kill effect is basically the ideal kill effect and all the effects are very cool. The cracks in the ground are a very good super effect and the whole idea of him having mouths in his hands is very cool. The normal attacks are also very cool. Additionally, the model is very cool and unique and his voicelines are goated.

Ok here are the best skins for these gem prices in my opinion so first for rare i have to go with High Stakes Clancy which is the best rare skin right now,another one is amazing charlie i just think it looks good up next is golden barley and....scoutboy gus For super rare which is 79 gems(and rares are 29) So the first skin is Sharktooth Colt its a good skin that you probably have and its worth it for 79 gems next us DJ Frank this is an amazing skin which suits him you get it cus he is a DJ and to end the best super rare skins i have the classic Dynamike and the last amazing super rare skin is Firefly Rico For epic they will be 149 gems so here are the best ones in my opinion first off Dynasty Mike a good skin which is the only epic i have up next is Glitch Larry&Lawrie then its Mariposa Piper and four more which are from the deep sea The New Doug and Barley pirate skins and then up next are aquamarine Sprout and the new Gale skin Next for Mythic which is 199 gems: The first one is Minotaur Bull i think his animation is great and the design is just fantastic,next is Athena Piper which is just the best olympics skin and to finish the mythic skins the last two skins are Zeus Brock and Fanguard Finally for Legendary skins (Which are 299 gems) are frost queen amber,mecha mortis,mecha colt and leon,mecha crow and edgar,tusked nita,jock stu and virus charlie

Best rare skin is not that Angelo skin. It’s Pyro Spike. Sick skin. I thought this would have been an epic or mythic skin. Angelo skin feels like super rare and looks like they did too much.
Best epic skin is Evil Gene. Custom voice, attacks, super, animations, effects, it’s insane. Nightmare Sandy is good, but it’s one of those supercell make skins that are purple with horns. Evil Gene is original and sick.

This is my personal opinion there's no "i'm telling the truth my choises are better so you should follow them" it's what i like not what should really be the "best" skin from each value so before you type any "who let the bro cook" please remind me it's just my opinion not everyone's opinion so please if you want to rage on something twitter still exist 29 same as you golden barley doesn't change much the model but the golden bottle are really cool 79 i'd say detective gray really cool skin for a character that is very enjoyable to play with + it fit the character perfectly 149 again i agree nightmare sandy is really cool for this price wouldn't been surprised if it was mythic or even legendary but once the pirate bartaba skin comes out it'll be my favorite for sure 199 i actually put 2 in there because for me they're both worth as much i'd say megalodon and ravana grom both of them change a lot but at the same time we can recognize the character and overall the effect are really high in my opinion 299 if virus 8bit was still available i would have said him but i will not put any time limited skin in there so i'd say either virus Charlie or Jock Stu both give a very menacing look to their original design making them looking more threatning that they are but still giving them a very noticeable of what character they are
