This solo base is amazing because it takes some of those features that larger layouts have and implements it into a smaller design. This Build is super small and cheap and it's the best I can do for 17k stone in a rust vanilla server.

So for any of you asking about the chests floating above the doorways. You HAVE to have them OPEN when you are building. If you close them and place something near it they will disappear. Once your done building you can close them and they will stay there unless you build without them open.

Good job, happy about the 2 storey furnace being able to access the cupboard really compensates for the unconventional placing of the furnaces.

Good base design but please note they can break the high external near the bubbler and break 1 door and they are in. My advice is make the doors near the high external walls armored for a bit of extra protection or hopefully deter further raiding

Nice video and I want say one tip! You should have ur main loot at box top of that door in bedroom. If raiders breakes anything in ur base, that box just disappears with loot in it. :) (Im sorry about my bad english lol)

using this design again. Removed the top ladder hatch. You can just shimmy up the sand bags easily to get on the roof.

I had problem that wall sticks through my 3rd floor wall. so when I try to go on sandbag shooting position I get damaged by my own spikes..

If raiders build a twig tower and shoot rockets behind the wall it will splash damage your loot room walls and the high wall So it's 4 Rockets to one loot room Than only a door to the center of the base

I'm seeing so many comments about how this base is amazing but I just don't understand. I do understand that it costs 17,000 stone and this is a 'solo' base but even so 1 wall is all it takes to get to the loot. You are better off making a 2x1 and saving up for something that is actually worth building

I would add high ext. stone walls around the base to get he large furnace in, (more protection as well). And then I would just build up from the foundation to make a tower, like 4 floors more

if your planning to expand the base you prob should use foundations instead of high walls. It's a base meant for solo/duos who don't like to farm and just want to get something set up cheap.

nope, it's a solo base not supposed to be the hardest thing to raid. for 17k stone it aint that bad as long as you spread out your loot
