Let's take a closer look at the ALM Busy Circuits MCO compact digital Eurorack oscillator. We go through all knobs and waveforms and explore three patch ideas.
The MCO features 10 morphing waveforms with a resolution of 16Bit/48kHz (AKM audio codec). It has a morphing wavetable out, additional variable pulse segments out (think Alpha Juno style saw wave PWM), and a sub-square wave out. It is said to have an early 90s slightly crunchy digital-type sound (like Ensoniq or Kawaii Kx synths).
