hi legend，great content.Been thing about getting one ,but I don’t the difference between xpac and cordura(water resistance wise),what’s your take on this?is cordura durable during heavy rain?
Thanks for watching! I’d say if you want true water proof, spend a little more on the x pac. It was actually made for sails on sail boats first so super durable too. Cordura is a great option though. They say it’s water resistant compared to water proof so it might not do as well as x pac but honestly I’ve never had a problem with it especially if you’re just getting caught in the rain or something.
Able Carry bags are so nice. The Daily Plus is my dream bag, but it's quite expensive and there would be customs charges for me too. Maybe one day! Keep making these relaxing videos!
That’s a tough one! Aer city pack has better organization with that front accessories pocket. Able Carry feels a lot smaller too even though there is only a liter difference. But the shape of the Able Carry Thirteen is so slick in my opinion. Really can’t go wrong with either though for EDC. Both comfy as hell too with the bulky shoulder straps.
I like this one for the office. The blue is really nice too though but probably more for travel. I reviewed the Daily Plus in the blue x pac actually for another video. Also this one is in the cordura ripstop material which costs a little less than the x pac.
@outenthelights The algorithm is fckin annoying I typed the daily plus and it doesn't show me that video at all it shows me this😅. I just seen that video thanks. I really love this color but I feel like it draws too much attention? I live in a bad part of Detroit so i have to be somewhat careful of my surroundings in and out of public transit
@@outenthelightsI've had to go to Chicago for business with a couple people. My bag was left in the car my friend drove there. We got off at a restaurant and by the time we came out the car had been broken into. My black bag was left on the ground floor of the backseat but their green and white backpacks were taken. Mine probably had more valuables than theirs too. I'd like to think it had something to do with them doing a quick glance breaking the window and taking what they could see. We don't have car thefts like that in Detroit. We're more like armed robbers. Anyway I know it's bad everywhere but I thought I'd tell part of why I think the way I do.
Nah I don’t think it runs hot at all! It’s well padded but nowhere near the bigger plus version so more breathable fore sure. Not sure if it’s the same for the ones made with x pac but this colorway has no problem with that at all.
I stuffed it pretty full with the umbrella and water bottle. I’d say just use one or the other and you’ll have tons of room and will be able to see better!
