$5700 a month for 4 years of living before it becomes outdated and over used for daily living. That’s a lot of money. I love it and appreciate it. I’m currently in a bad situation with my health and have been a burden on my family not being able to contribute. I’ve had to sell a lot of my items, tools and lifetimes treasures and when I’m healed I will have to downsize and possibly go the RV life for a while while I get back to the everyday grind. It’s awesome to see these builds and what is possible. I’ll never own something like this but it gives me a lot of good ideas
Over 200 grand? No wonder so many young people build out their own vans from old fed ex sprinters. Can do that for 30k. For 220k I can get a really nice used class A.
Guys like these are the reason my generation isn't able to even get a loan for a house while working 2 full time jobs, these guys make all the money, Reagan trickle down effect worked, but it's the rest of the lower and middle classes money trickling up to the rich who dodge taxes, give out risky loans that the government forces us to pay back through our taxes while they get bailouts, and refuse to pay a liveable wage. God save us if the government passes the new online currency they are pushing to control us completely or the libertarians take control which is just as bad but it's corporations holding the reins. Either way, we are in a terrifying situation right now.
u dont want a class A if you are interested in this. You want to go off the beaten path & off grid with these. BTW : class A's are cheap if you are not getting the luxury ones.
RV manufacturers need to stop with the insane “MSRP” prices that are almost double what they expect things to sell for. The MSRP need to be remotely close to the expected sales price, not almost double in hopes a sucker will pay it. All it does is have people not even consider buying the thing.
Dump the toilet anywhere? I mean technically you could but you’re not allowed to. Here in Europe you have to get rid of it in special places because the chemicals would kill the bacteria in the sewage treatment plant.
220k!!!! Heck no!! 😂😅 OK let me explain. 50k MAX for the Ford Chassis and maybe another 50k for materials to build the van. Where are they getting this $200k+ cost? What are you actually paying for? You are better off buying a used diesel pusher. Like a Tiffin motor home.
Serious question…How do they get 220K for this thing? How long do you finance one for? How much is the payment/insurance? Obviously people are buying them but what do the numbers look like.?
If a person is retired pulling a pension be it SS or SSDI...know you can collect your pension in almost every country you want..where i am now...i have 2 homes..a 3bed 2bath house in a gated community i paid 50k for and a vacation condo a two story 2 bed single bath i paid 40k for...with 220k i could do alot here
@@mustashman260 You need to consider scale of economy and the difficulty to build out in something that isn't a square. Indiana pukes out tens of thousands of low end travel trailers every week. Build them in a day. Until class Bs are being built in that quantity and they are suddenly a square they will always be the most expensive per SQ foot RV out there along with truck campers.
$220k no washroom? Wth. For $110k I can buy a rivian or Toyota tundra, for $40k I can buy a nice new huge trunk trailer with a damn washroom and big fridge. Or a regular 20” trailer with some of them even come with washer and dryer machines. And then buy a flat bed to do freight. And still have money left over. $220k is a big rip off. I would rather put that on a down payment for a condo.
