Garmin issued an update recently that included the EKG capability for a number of their models and limited to a restricted number of countries. My Epix 2 is not included on the list as the prerequisite for the EKG function is that the model has an inbuilt circular metal ring encircling the pulse sensor which the Epix 2 doesn’t have. I mention it because at least one of the watches you presented also doesn’t appear to have this metal ring although presented as EKG compatible. Um?
Hello again. Yes the Garmin Venu 2 Plus is capable of ECG, although not many countries are allowing it yet. Unfortunately because of the build quality I couldn't include it in this video. I wanted to stick with watches that have the same build qualities and Sapphire glass. I have been wearing the Huawei GT3 Pro for almost 3 weeks now and only charged it 2 times, very happy with it and it does almost everything the others do and some things it does even better. PLEASE NOTE all of the measurements given in the video were 5mm off. I forgot to zero the caliper before starting. I only noticed today when watching it back for the 10th time. I do apologise for this mistake it should not have happened.
