Hi,I bought a projector and am looking for a soundbar only for good cinematic experience. I play prime videos on laptop and give HDMI output to my projector. I am left with only aux out(in Laptop) as HDMI out is already used to projector(projector also has only aux output). So which 5.1 would you recommend for AUX input option?
Hello Aux will carry mainly stereo signals (left and right). But you mentioned cinematic audio , for which surround sound signals are required and that is carried by hdmi Arc port and cable. I would recommend two options : Get a good quality 2.1 channel soundbar and enjoy it through aux. OR Get a hdmi splitter , which when connected to laptop , you can give two outputs. Not every contents which is watched on tv is Dolby Atmos. Only ott contents that too with premium subscription offers Dolby Atmos. Rear satellite speakers , especially sound effects ke liye hi hote hai aur unka placement sahi hona chahiye. Jaha hum baithte hai , usi ke thoda piche , hamare ear levels pe diagonally hamari aur face karte hue hona chahiye. Where sony produces good high frequencies, samsung has better low frequencies for that vibration effects. Hello Under 10k you can go with zebronics 9200. Zebronics has it's own audio signature. At lower volumes it bass gives good low frequencies. At higher volume it gives that boom boom bass. For a room size of greater than 170 sq ft 5.1 channel soundbar is good , if you watch mostly movies from ott platforms. Hello Dolby Atmos soundbar under 15k or 20k is only and only provided by zebronics. There are not many options in this. Dolby Atmos is preferable when , we are going to watch Dolby Atmos contents on tv. These contents are provided by only OTT platforms like Netflix and that too in their premium plans. If you are okay with it , surely I will suggest you the two options. So i like both watching movies and playing songs that have a good amount of bass. I want a surround sound effect when i watch movies. Can a 2.1 give me the same effect ? My room is around 10x10 feet. Hello As your room size is 10 x 10 , a 5.1 soundbar will not suit it. For a 5.1 soundbar the room size should be around 200sqft. Hence , prefer a 2.1 soundbar. Brother, Honestly perfect articulation. I have 20x12 room and 65 Sony x80j tv. Checked demo on zeb 9750 at show room. 2 concerns, Rear speakers which are for high frequency, can the placement makes big difference? Having fan at roof interferes atmos waves? Worried if it spoils the overall audio effect. A bit confused to make decision. Please advise. My main priority is better audio quality of ott content. Not a big fan of thumping bass or high volume songs. Budget under 25k. Please advise.
Hello Zebronics 9750 is a worthy soundbar. But do note few things : 1. Surround effects are only heard when the placement of soundbar is correct and also of the rear satellite speakers. 2. The width of the room also matters for a surround stage ( it's preferably around 15ft) 3. Atmos effects are felt when the content you are watching is encoded with Dolby Atmos (which is provided by Netflix in their Premium plans) . Not all contents have Dolby Atmos. Hence do not expect it from every movie. 4. Soundbar must be connected to tv using eArc port with hdmi 2.1 cable. 5. One more thing, the rear satellite speakers are for sound effects, they are not meant for playing every audio from the movie. They does their work of providing surround effects audio. This soundbar had beautiful clarity for vocals , exact bass levels which are required in any movie. Hence you can consider it. Regarding Yamaha yas 209 , it's a very good one , considering the clarity. Yamaha knows to engineer it's device for perfect tuning of every instruments and how it should produce the audio. Hence , you will surely get richness of the sound in movies , you would be able to hear every instrument used in songs you play through soundbar. It's a 2.1 channel soundbar, hence there won't be Atmos effects, nor surround effects as like Zeb 9750. But clearity wise it's better than Zeb. Choice is yours, if your preference is Atmos/surround & rear channel speakers then go with Zeb. Hello Here , Sony S40R is more value for money product. For the extra you pay for S400RF is not that much worth. Hence , prefer sony s40r. But firstly do note , the loudness and main output comes from the soundbar itself. The rear speakers are for surround effects and they aren't that loud enough , because they are made for that purpose only. These rear speakers are to be kept behind your sitting area (sofa) at ear levels. It has perfect bass levels so as the dialogues or the wording from songs doesn't get overpowered by bass. As your room size is 10x 10 , I would recommend to go with a 2.1 bar You can consider samsung 550b. It has very good clarity. The bass doesn't overpower the dialogues in the movie or lyrics in the songs. If your music taste is have more of boom boom bass , i.e a little overpowered bass , especially for party musics and all , then you can consider a soundbar with heavy bass.
