got alot of back logged videos but watching some now & just wanted to say DAMMMM you have grown so fucking much from were you where didnt think you could get bigger. love all the work. keep it up :D
As someone new to strength sports that's building up my home gym, I love the choice of people you collaborate with. Showcasing folks like Brian here and Mike Bartos, positive people and a much better alternative than instagram/tiktok fitness influencer types. Keep it up!
Appreciate that you appreciate these folks as much as I do. There are a lot of extremely wise, interesting, clever, amazing, super hard working people on this planet who have a fraction of the followers some people have. It's kind of sad we've come to too quickly rate people based on their sub/follower count these days.
@@jujimufu You’re a real one, man. Love your work, your passion, your channel, and how you put the spotlight onto great people in this field who are lesser-known. Thank you for everything.
I agree I'm very old and decrepit but I love belt squats! I'm a big Pit Shark fan but I want to check out one of these! Looks like it achieves a similar result with a much smaller piece of equipment.
@@jujimufu Absolutely, it also shows that he cared about something and made his solution for it and actually cares about the use that people can get from it. Which is not the usual in today's world where most things are made solely to make money.
@@misled7847 Are you actually stupid? I never said thats all I did, I do a multitude of different exercises to hit all the muscles in my legs I just said that deadlifts and leg extensions are my favorite. Read a little more carefully before you reply next time buddy. Also, deadlifts are not an exclusively back exercise. If you think deadlifts are a back exercise you’ve definitely been doing them wrong.
@@misled7847 deadlift is primarily a leg exercise, your legs are what’s driving the weight up. Either way, it can be done on a leg day or back day. Why do you have to be such a hater?
Been doing Wenning Warmups for a while and traction based movements like this and reverse hypers are absolutely key to getting stronger without accumulating damage!
You want to know how you can tell a channel is legit right away? Check the quality of the top comments... Never heard of Wenning Warmups before but I'm super intrigued. Thank you for dropping knowledge in this comment!
@@1TieDye1 Aside from the belt adjustment for depth, I'm pretty sure he was thinking about the explosiveness the band tension creates. Key for the 2nd pull and bar height. Also Seal rows are a big accessory for O lifters so the ability to do those is helpful
Brian is a great dude and it’s so exciting to see the SquatMax getting more and more traction and getting adopted and shared by influential folks in the lifting community.
I've always wanted a belt squat machine in my home gym but couldn't commit to any on the market. This looks great and doesn't take up much of a footprint. Glad to see Travis again and Mr. Henesey seems like a solid dude.
Juji arms are looking massively improved since the last time I remember seeing him! Wow well done sir! Your physique looks so much more complete with larger bi's and tri's!
That looks like a great tool. If I could still use my legs I would definitely have to try one out. Good luck on stage Juji, I believe you have what it takes to get your pro card.
Yeah when I do barbell squats, mostly my upper back and my hip flexors get sore, maybe my adductors yet not so much my quads. My hip flexors get sore because Dr Stefi Cohen talked about their leverage and stability access when using them to pull yourself down into a squat, vs fighting gravity
Just purchased one at $150 off sale, you guy's convinced me... Thanks! I hope I love it, my lower back has been getting sore from my squat workouts, and also feeling sore in my shoulders.
Surprised to see the variations this machine can deliver with high focus on functional lifting with true purpose and meaning. Now I need this for my garage gym.
Fascinating machine! It looks incredibly versatile too, I want to see its different functions in more videos, are they good? Weighted push ups look awesome!!
I've seen them. Haven't tried them or spent much time thinking on how it will "fit" in with my goals yet. I'd try the Kabuki one first when I dip my toes in the flywheel market.
Wow, I've seen this machine before but just breezed past it. It looks amazing though and after watching this I would choose this one just to support Brian. Gotta love that genuine excitement he has for his creation! Time to start putting money in the pickle jar for this machine 💰
I love my Titan Squat Max MD. It's harder than squats when I first got it failed on 8th rep at 120lbs now doing 250lbs for 8-10 reps. Added 3 inches to legs in 4-5 months this thing works and great way to add leg volume and not tire out back and hips. Small footprint too compared to Rhino.
I know I'm late to this vid but I got my Squatmax a few years ago so I could still do something for my legs after I had shoulder surgery. Love this machine and it's been a staple of my routines for years.
This would have made the world of difference for me in college. Dealt with back problems my entire collegiate career which really slowed my squat development.
i really want one of these at my local gym as i cant squat very easy due to long femurs, sciatica and lordosis. i can always leg press and lunge so much weight compared to my squats as i feel my back wants to give up when i get to a certain weight its like suddenly feeling double heavy.
This machine looks legit if I wasn’t so broke I get one lol but I put some foam or rubber on the lock out handles a face smash to them corners is all I can imagine lol
Sincere see your question: how does this differ biomechanically from the leg press? I mean specifically in so far as it relates to the legs? Obviously with a leg press your whole back is supported by the machine, but how does that affect the leg movement? Thank you. I love your content .
He doesn’t even realize they’re helping him make a commercial for his product. Which weirdly enough is a testament to how much this guy actually made something just to help people.
I have a rhino and have 2 bulging diak and a bad knee. Some people have told me that squat max will be better on my knees than rhino🙄🙄 i always like the squat max but the only reason i got rhino was because the plate loading
Had one for a year and sold it! Prefer using multiple bars and squat variations! I would highly suggest you try it before you buy it to see if it works for you!
