Just make a save before you build it. Build the ship, walk around the inside, if you don't like it then load up the save you made prior, or make some little tweaks to make it fit your style.
I wish there were a way to bring your custom ship into the next universe with you (instead of the boring, uncustomizable SB ship). To spend so much time and credits crafting your very own personal starship, only to basically have it ripped away through simply normal gameplay absolutely sucks!
At this time, i need to reconsider my ship design skills, now i have to limit my deimos designed ship to 90 mobility when i turn against the enemy i can do a cool final shot to kill them. But cargo is not an issue for me as 3k cargo seems enough, but you managed to make it into a 100 mobility.
youll need to jump to a few different places. for instance the cockpit can only be bought at nova galactic ship yard. and this is an expensive ship. probably 700-800k
Slayton Aerospace makes an SA 6430 engine that gives 8800 maneuvering thrust for 2 power, so you can run 6 of them. If I fully power them up, my just over 4000 mass class C also goes nearly 170.
It's a really sexy ship though I disagree with the best endgame ship statement. There are 2 best end game ships. One is a huge ship with over 10K cargo hold as a hauler and the other is a combat ship with the smallest possible size which can fit a C class reactor, weapons and shield with A class engines for maximum speed and make sure to stay at a 100 mobility.
6-7k cargo is plenty. And as far as maximum speed, the size of your ship has nothing to do with it. The engines are what matter. This ship has plenty of cargo, and maximum mobility. as well as plenty of firepower and hull strength.

I guess you haven’t heard about the skill that gives you reactor more power I have it ranked up and have a propulsion crew member and my 40 reactor is now a 46 All my weapons and engines are fully powered now
@FP194 no I have the skill, but you still only have 12 bars available for engines. The Sal 6830 uses 3 power. So I can have 4 of them. The white dwarf uses 4 power, so you can only have 3.
