Lee I’m gobsmacked no way that was a Fillet Steak and you gave a high score the peppercorn sauce was runny the chips looked like Iceland bargain chips and the salad well a kitchen porter had thrown it on a plate. ( no offence to kitchen porters who do an important job) think of some of the fillet minion you’ve had in Tenerife. And certainly the States. Life is Full of Excitement and Mystery Lee. What a Pleasure to see a Gorgeous Restaurant with Gwenny and you Lee. Such a Lovely ambience, beautiful surroundings, a Bright and Happy Establishment. The Steaks looked very well cooked, Chips not bad, nice little bit of Salad Garnish. I really liked seeing Your Apple Pie with Ice-cream Lee. What a Really Beautiful and Delicious meal for two. Washed down with a Large Glass of White Wine and a Chilled glass of Lager. Sorted Lee. What a Delight to see some very Lovely people on the street who admired you and your Channel. Not a bad meal to be fair mate. Price not too bad either. Not the best steaks I've seen but definitely not the worst. I'll go with an 8/10 buddy on this one as the chips didn't look great. I used to stay in a place called LaBaia in Scarborough and it had pictures of the Breakfasts on a board outside. The breakfasts were presented on the plate exactly as they looked on the board outside,and they were delicious!!🙂

Been a couple of times on my own, so dont worry, everyone friendly and fun out and about. I tend to do the smaller bars in the old town, then venture to the other bars for the live acts. Spoilt for choice, so enjoy, get the "benibug."

I live in Norwich and Coleman's mustard is still made in Norwich. The wet mustard is made elsewhere but the dry mustard powder is still milled and made in Norwich and Colemans is the best.
I would normally go for your steak in any other resteraunt BUT have had the set menu there many times with the Sirloin and its always been lovely -mind you she does peas for me as opposed to the salad and I always pay extra for a portion of fried onions. Mind you your biggest mistake was not having the tomato soup - I am not a tomato soup lover but their's is the BEST iVE EVER TASTED. I recomended the steakhouse on my channel 4 or 5 months ago but being such a small channel very few saw it - I am glad someone with a big following (you ) reviewed it as the steakhouse deserves the exposure and in this day and age 16 Euros for a 3 course is cracking value. If you want a breakfast thats every bit as good (or better) than the Yorkshire Pride try The Sun the next time you visit Benny
Hi lee wonderful video mate laughs along the way with public that's how it should be ..... Didn't like steak looked really chewy !!!! You know yourself am a big steak fan ....... Coleman's best mustard for me !!!! 4 out of 10
I don't think that steak was fillet, normally fillet is very lean, that looked more like rib-eye to me with the fat, plus medium to well is over done in my opinion for both fillet and rib-eye. My steak preference is rump, I know not as tender as fillet or rib-eye, but has bags more flavour. Fillet taste wise is so bland.
