That’s a great deal! I totally agree about the windscreen, although I found with my voice, I’d get a lot of plosives.

Instead use a pop filter :)

Interesting, I didn’t have that problem at all. Make sure your interface is set to mic, not line or instrument. That may help!

You would need some sort of an interface to do so. I would suggest checking out a mic that can do both USB and XLR. Something like the Hollyland PM1 or Fifine K688

I believe I had a low cut set at around 80Hz and a small amount of compression to help with consistent levels. I normalized to -6dB. One of the challenges of microphone reviews on RU-vid. Your video needs to be normalized or RU-vid will do it in processing. That said, it’s pretty minimal.

It would sound just about the same, slightly quieter though.
