Just add a new chat box after you've logged in with your RU-vid account. Make sure to not use the same chat box if you've used one already for Twitch streaming :)

Hello I've been everywhere on the internet and cannot find any material regarding the issue I am facing currently using stream labs for streaming. My problem started recently when stream labs updated and this has never happened before so after the update I am now facing what looks like deinterlacing in the video where in some moments it looks like the stream is glitching from the bottom or showing inverted colors. I have recent streams on my channel that will show you the problem I am facing throughout the stream. I would really appreciate any help if you can help me solve this because it's been very stressful and depressing.

Sounds like your computer is struggling to stream AND play the game at the same time. Try lowering in-game settings like graphics and also try streaming at a lower resolution.

You definitely dont need 40k bitrate, but you can pick the highest setting from the encoding chart if you'd like!

Hi dude, but of a weird one but after following this guide the recording function has now stopped working! 😪 any clue which settings will have caused this? I set up for 720 60 as ive only got 4.64 upload 😅

@@CpawsMusic thanks for getting back to me man! Its still there and it gives the "an error occurred with the output" error. Says its usually caused by out of date drivers but they are current and I could record before (albeit with terrible quality) stopped working after I got setup for 720/60 🤷‍♂️

Do you have a video where after setting up your settings and having scenes set, on how to start it with youtube, I keep having an issue where even though on stream labs I have everything set to 1080P 60 fps, youtube says the video quality is SD and not HD? I set the bitrate to 9000 base canvas is 2560x1080 and the output is 1920x1080. and I set the settings to the same as you have in the video. Also, my Specs are Processor AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor, 3701 Mhz, 12 Core(s), 24 Logical Processor(s) Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 32.0 GB GPU AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT Monitor Resolution 2560 x 1080 x 144 hertz Internet (Ethernet connection)(Nighthawk Router) My download speed is anywhere from 500-1000 mbs and my upload is anywhere from 100-500 but can go as high as 1000 depending on other devices using the internet. I will gladly take any recommendations, tips, and advice. Thank you in advance play games like MW2, 7 days to die, World of tanks, Ark, C&C red alert, starcraft 2, and much more.

Looks like everything is perfect as far as settings/specs, have you tried adjusting your quality by clicking the gear icon on your actual youtube stream? Also are you watching your youtube stream from the actual URL and not the RU-vid Dashboard? The RU-vid Dashboard stream preview is always going to be SD, if you want to see your actual stream in HD you'll need to click on the sharable URL which you give to your viewers

@@CpawsMusic i will definitely have to look at that i don't think i gave it much thought but then again i also look at how other streams at 1080p should look like and when I see mines it kinda makes me think it's not at 1080p HD 60fps. With that said though however, my recording quality looks immaculate. Nice and crisp, clean and smooth. Could i then upload that if i can't get my stream to look great , or does RU-vid lower quality.? Thank you again for replying it means a lot

That's really odd. Are you maybe looking through the stream preview video on the RU-vid stream page and just the preview quality is turned down or is the actual stream lagging and dropping frames and such?

Really in depth video and I like it, however, Its still laggy for me. My PC: 3080Ti GPU, 64gb DDR4 3200 Ram, 6800x AMD CPU Tomahawk 450 Motherboard. My Internet is 700mbs download and 35mbs Upload. So I set my bitrate to 6,000 I have everything like you have in the settings and its still laggy for me. I only have discord stream labs and MW2 running. I'm really lost and I cant stream or even record gameplay. I have settings in the game running on normal with only a few things on high, like object distance and stuff like that. Over 110fps. My monitor is a 2560x1440p, I run a dual monitor setup. Any and all information to help me would be greatly appreciated.

Try making sure that your video settings for your base canvas is 2560x1440p and output scaled is 1920x1080. Otherwise Advanced -> Process Priority -> High. But you have great specs and internet so it might be something to do with your dual pc setup. I have no experience with dual pc setups so if that's the case then I can't really help :/

@@CpawsMusic i turned my input to 2560x1440, and my output is now 1080, and its still lagging, and its only a dual monitor setup not a dual PC setup, i really appreciate you getting back with me and trying to figure this out, im about to just drop streamlabs but i have all my custom widgets and stuff already.

That's likely your issue, I'd recommend just getting a webcam - but you can try adjusting audio delay and such in your settings to try and fix it
