This is not related to the video but I obviously want to mention it since I did fly around the New York City area in the video. I would like to take a moment to recognize and remember the near 3000 lives that were claimed on September 11th, 2001 after a horrid attack took place on the twin towers in NYC, 19 years ago today. No one deserved to lose their life that day, and let it be a day we never forget.

19 years ago, September 11th 2001, building collapsed due to the attacks. A total of confirmed 2,996 innocent souls where taken at the hands of the terriosits. Another 6,000+ others where injured in the attacks. 343 firefighters lost their lives trying to save other people. Rest In Peace

lucass - Takes CAP-10 : " It looks like a plane that would fly under the Eiffel Tower " Jokes on you ! It did fly under the Eiffel Tower, a cap-10 was stolen on the 15th of september 1991, from the "aéroclub Sadi Lecointe" at LFPE, by one of it's members, he flew under the Eiffel Tower, landed in the country side, took the compass as a souvenir and we never found him !

@@AMR15H There is also the story of Thomas Fitzpatrick, which "borrowed" a plane and landed it in front of a bar in NYC. When people didn't believe him he went and got another plane, which he landed in front of the bar again. Just search for his name to find articles on it.

@@operatorismail6038 I put the damage to on and whenever your plans crashes or gets damaged, it just ends the game with a warning! That’s as realistic as it get and I think I prefer that than having the plane bounce around like rubber

There was a famous dogfight in Paris several months before liberation in 1944 when a P-51B Mustang chased and shot down a Messerschmitt Bf 109G under the arches of the Eiffel Tower. The American pilot flew through anti-aircraft batteries firing at him at almost point blank range the whole time. It must have looked like that final scene in Star Wars when they attacked the Death Star!

the eiffel tower was tricky, good job ! however, for new york, you should try to go slower, because 110knots in a cap10 is way too fast for a landing, especially on a short field like that roof

I was part a a sim squadron flying MS Combat Simulator in WWII. One of the audition flights was to fly under the Eiffel Tower. If you couldn’t do at least that you weren’t good enough for our squadron.

Try using a smaller plane, like a German Messerschmitt 🇩🇪 The French will automatically surrender at the end of your session ✈🗼🇫🇷 Charles Godefroy was a French aviator & WWI Ace who became famous for flying through the Arc de Triomphe in Paris on 07 Aug. 1919 in a Nieuport 27 fighter. The width of the Arc is 47.6', not much more than his wingspan of 26.9'. Any flight sims. for the Arc?

imagine landing on a building in a helicopter in VR, getting out of your seat, walking to the edge of the room, and looking over the ledge of the building (you'd have to land pretty close to the ledge depending on your play space!)

Lots of fun! 😲😄😄 But you were nearly always outside of the White Arc, and putting flaps down before the WA? Would, in reality, damage the flaps. Speed control is key before and after applying flap. Flaps reconfigure the wing for low speed and high maneuverability. I think some of those bigger jets might have made it under the Eiffel Tower with flap, better speed control.🤔🤔🤔👍👍

lovely looking gfx..planes, terrain etc. but i mean..in GTA5 you can have bombs, missiles, machine guns.. actually crash & not appear to be a styrene model inc. with non-interference things..come on, ya can't crash into traffic & blow up? lol. hb land, get out, steal a tank..we deffo need a marriage of GTAV and Flight Sim 2020 :D
