My high porous hair hates glycerin based products. I do love the Camille Rose line, because she offers glycerin free products, that give me fabulous results! My hair already holds a lot of moisture and adding humectants makes my hair lose its definition, turning my hair into a cotton ball, puffy, greasy mess LOL

Great, great video . I am always depending on you for great advise. You are really the only person I have seen so far with my type of hair on RU-vid. Some seems similar but most of their products don't work on my hair. Once you recommend something and I try it it always always works for me . I have type 4c hair that mostly see here in Jamaica , so maybe that's why I can really relate to you. Thanks again soo much.

I tried Kriya botanicals high porosity leave-in and high porosity styling custard and am in love. I definitely recommend checking them out because they have all kinds of products for high and low porosity hair.

Lexi!!!! You know I own Goddess Curls but I haven’t cracked it open yet. Curls gels have been hit or miss for me, but if you love it I gotta pull that out and give it a chance. I feel the same about the Aloe Whipped, it’s soooo underrated! I just picked up a ton of stuff from Camille Rose’s $10 sale. We love a lot of the same stuff!

The Third Eye Journey same!! Their gelle from the Cashmere Line wasn’t my favorite at all. But I love their blueberry bliss!! I just stocked up from Camille too! I restocked my Curl Maker cuz it’s a holy grail and you know that’s pricey! I got the Curlaide Moisture Butter for the first time so I’m excited to try it soon!

Chloé-Ana Braidy I feel you! I just picked up the Cashmere & Caviar on clearance so I’ll have to see. I love everything from the Blueberry Bliss collection except for the jelly because I’ve gotten inconsistent results. That Aloe Whipped is the TRUTH. And you’re gonna love the Curlaide. I actually prefer it over the Almond Jai. I got sooo much stuff from the sale I’m gonna have to do a haul 😂😂 I went in! The only thing I missed out on was Curl Maker.

Girrlll!!!!! I 😍😍 the Camille Rose Almond Jai twisting cream!!! EVERYTIME I try to venture out and try something new, I get disappointed and come back to it. I have type 4 hi-porosity, medium length, THICK natural hair that craves moisture.S o I'm always on the lookout for moisturizing products with good hold and minus glycerin. I live in Louisiana and it's always humid here. I absolutely love your channel and your honesty👏🏾👏🏾!! I have picked up the creme of nature honey twist cream, but never purchased it🤔🤔. Just returned Mielle organics twisting souffle 😣 and got my holy grail CR Almond Jai twisting cream😊. What are your thoughts on Alikay Naturals, and Camille Rose whipped butter gel and the curl maker just not sure if it's for our hair type. Thank you for this great video! I have been natural for 6 years and have finally figured out that I am high porosity. (I didn’t pay much attention to porosity/density/hair typing etc all this time lol) Question: Since you are high porosity as well, do you put a leave in, cream, and oil and then put gel? What is the order that you style with an oil? Or do you skip a product? I have a hard time retaining moisture and I always use gels but I never seal with an oil so I assume thats why.

C C I’m low porosity and about 4B but my hair hated this as well! 😔 I only used it once on a twist out and my hair was the driest I’ve ever seen it. I think I’m gonna try it again on a wash and go though so many people seem to love it

My hair doesn’t hate glycerin but I know the humidity in Miami will have me frizzy .. I honestly just embrace it .. my hair doesn’t stay defined for days and days no matter what I use

You should try sealing with an oil. That might help
