Best Summer Fruit Salad 

This is the summer fruit salad of your dreams! I’ve been making this for years and absolute love it! It’s perfect for gatherings and perfect for home!! The flavors mingle so well together!! How do you like your fruit salad?!
Best Summer Fruit Salad
👉Ingredients
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoons cornstarch
3 oranges, 1 zested, 2 juiced
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup blueberries
1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1-2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1/2-1 cup seedless grapes, halved if large
👉Directions
Mix together brown sugar and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Stir in 1/3 cup orange juice and 2 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice; cook, stirring, over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Continue to cook, stirring, 1 minute more. Transfer mixture to a small bowl; stir in vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon each of orange and lemon zest. Chill, covered, at least 1 hour.
Peel and section remaining oranges.
Put orange sections, blueberries, pineapple, strawberries, kiwi, and grapes in a very large bowl. Pour in cooled sauce; gently toss to coat. Chill, covered, 1-2 hours.
