Sorry I missed your live didn't think about the time difference with work. MY experience comes from scouts and growing up with my Dad trapping and hunting great stuff here. Gotta get these books.

Same here about Canterbury books great for New people but most of it I already have experience in it I noticed at the gathering there was a lot of no experience people I helped with some of the training here and there couple gal's took video of me tieng knot's so they could understand it

Just got back from Mexico and catching up. Book recommendation look for an older copy of the Boy Scout Field book. Lot of great information. Being a novice, I enjoyed the Canterberry books

I purchased a book titled Complete Survival READY GUIDE by Clive Harrison it's a small read 83 pages cost me under 5 bucks he covers what preparation is disasters shelter so much in so little might want to check it out. For anyone who would like to if they would want to I should say.
