Okay these hand rolls are not made very properly but they want to be something that is called ehomaki in Japan. I guess a fusion place but glad you enjoyed your stay there. Take care, eat well and stay safe. 🥰

I have to check out this place also! It reminds me of KazuNori which originated in NY I believe and they now have locations in LA. One day you should try it out if you hadn't already. They specialize in hand rolls only so it has a very limited menu since that's all they have as oppose to this place that has variety on the menu. KazuNori was my intro to hand rolls but now I'll try this place out too! Thanks for the review!

My favorite sushi is the Philadelphia roll, and Yellow Tail sashimi.
