May I present to you some of the dishes which I have been working with the Chef of Fook Kin to create!
The first is a sweet and sour pork inspired by my trip to Hong Kong. Some of the places there serve their sweet and sour pork on ice cubes. We decided to bring it to the next level by using dry ice instead which not only gives the dish an impressive entrance but also creates a sweet and sour pork with a unique crunch!
Aside from this dish, we are also introducing a Sio Bak fried rice which you must try! Check out my blog post for the other dishes!
