Tensuke (天すけ) in Tokyo. Famous for their deep fried egg-on-rice. Video is a bit rough, but please forgive me for that, first time trying. Got a bit inspired by all of those ASMR clips on food that I am totally obsessed with.
The tempura master does a funny dance when throwing the eggs into the oil.

Tensuke has been around since 1987 and is considered one of the classics in Koenji (高円寺).
