Love New Orleans. My husband is from the area and we got married two years ago in Louis Armstrong Park. Correct pronunciation: Cafe au lait = cafe olay. Beignet = ben yay. Hope this helps 😊
Thanks you so much for your new remarkable video today’s from New Orleans, Louisiana to shows these amazing places in the United States of America in June of 2024❤❤❤
Awesome list! New Orleans has such a vibrant culture and so much to offer. I loved exploring the French Quarter and taking a steamboat ride on the Mississippi River. One thing I'd add is visiting the City Park - it's a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. What’s your favorite hidden gem in New Orleans?
Mardi Gras Season official start is Epiphany (3 Kings Day or January 6) and last through Mardi Gras or the day before Ash Wednesday. This means you can have a short season that ends in mid-February or a long season that ends in early March. Either way most of your parades happen in February. Some of the best parades are the weekend before the weekend before Mardi Gras. They are more family friendly and the hotel rooms are cheaper than the weekend before to Mardi Gras Day
Worse place I've ever been to for a holiday. Drunks laying on the sidewalk. People eating and drinking out of waste bins. Children being exposed by perverts. Rubbish strune across the streets. It reminded me of the movie Mad Max. I visited places around the world, and I can honestly say New Orleans was one of the worst.
