If the Vietnamese could keep the country free of indiscriminate littering, it would be better. Unfortunately, littering runs deep in the culture due the slum mindset passing down from one generation to the next.

Instead of spending your every day for the past year or longer coming onto Vietnam videos and saying negative stuff, why don't you go over there and show them how to keep things clean? Better, yet, stick to videos from only clean country....but you don't. Why's that? You are obviously obsessed with Vietnam.
