I don't think the video is fake, it appears that the person filming has nothing to do with the fight and was enjoying recording it to upload it to every social network, the thief appeared unexpectedly and the person filming encourages him and rejoices after whitnessing his ninja skills. The girl on the right arguing with the other seems to notice something when the purse is taken, but I think that she's too inmersed in the fight to really noticing what was happening. Maybe the purse was given back later because it seems that there is more people on the surroundings, the fight seems to be taking place when a group of people exited a bar or a music venue, a concert or something like that, maybe the thief was stopped and the purse returned to the owner, who knows.
