Lightning arrestor should be installed at a separate place/location, not on the frame on which the panels are mounted, even if it is installed on insulated material like rubber base.

Awesome videos you upload normally with great efforts and detailed search on the product specifications. I must suggest there are so many projects of wind related power energy. It is more cheaper then solar and more effective then solar. Till today as per my search. It also not required much space as solar required. Normally those who are living in flats can also install that wind energy system. Hope you can do a deep research on it.

We install large ongrid inverter and a small hybrid hybrid inverter just for light load in case of shortfall . Hybrid inverter is on standby normally and operates only during short fall. More over thier battery life estimate extends

Adding my comments: If one inverter get damaged, you can add the string to the other inverter provided that there are two MPPT in second Inverter if not then it require the panel of the same size and number in order to connect in parallel.

Hybrid inverters are totally fine and upto mark.

In my opinion the biggest purpose of installing solar for household use is not ROI. It is convenience. ROI matters more for commercial installments.

Let me add that one lithium ion (48v,100ah) is equal to 4x 12v,100ah Tall tubular battery but will give you almost double the backup time due to their depth of discharge (DOD). Lithium ion has 95% DOD while TT can safely be discharged only upto 50%.

Thank you Owais. I have a query here. Can one install a separate UPS system (Sign wave/Modified Signwave) of lets say 2KW along with a 10KW Grid-Tie Systems ? Will I need to install a separate wiring for each Solar solution and UPS ?

Good vid, however... 1. Lithium batts must/should be discharged daily atleast down till 80 %soc and kept in an ambient 25 degree environment if you were to expect anything close to a 10 yr life. 2. Wrong perception, lithium batts do not cost more than the grid in usage, rather way less, like i use mine to offset 4 hrs of peak time and then they charge back up in the day. You do the maths. Wet batts have a max dod of 60 percent whereas lithium is around 95. You take out 8 kwh and put in 8.3 to get bk to the same soc. 3. Pls also cover ac/dc coupling, no need to hook up fixed panels to the hybrid inv. Ongrid inv panels can auto switch when AC out. Again, good vid, but I wouldnt recommend any installer since then you are part of whatever goes wrong, if anything. My simple Q's to any installer.... Do you hv a thermal imager? Do you use 8, yes 8 M8 SS or galvanized screws per panel as in all panel manufacturers manual? Jinko/Longi etc will not honor warranty claims if less than 8 M8. Do you even know the torque rating of each bolt involved? Do you have torque drivers/wrenches? 18 ft/lb or in/lb (cant recall which) is what each panel screw needs. 6-8 for nitrox (deye) batt conn. I can go on and on. I havent found a single installer who has all these, hence I dont recommend anyone. I had to get all this done providing my own torque tools imager hydraulic crimper etc. Lastly, that arrestor, is it shading the panels? Did they use a copper strip or 2AWG wire to the ground? The panels inclination is wrong in the sense that over time limescale will accumulate in the lower couple inches. Again, I wouldnt recommend anyone since im partially responsible then. I can mention a dozen other issues but lets keep this short lol. Keep it up.

The website is pretty basic, no useful information is available regarding the panels, inverters and wires which they use in their systems. No specific reason listed to back their claim as to why their service is better than the rest. No company registration or licensing details available either. Their fakebook page doesn't reflect much about their past projects either. Information is key in decision making; they may be good in client dealing and after sales services but to believe in that, they need to first of all share the details to make it more attractive for the user to start thinking about it. I know prices are constantly changing due to devaluation but they can still share a rough estimate. Its the effort that counts! People usually don't prefer calling, they want to see some information before they really make up their mind.
