One of the things I noticed in other videos as well is that after they sanded the wood, they didn't wipe it off with a very lightly damp towel/rag. They just wiped it off with a dry towel/rag. When I took Woodworking in High School, my teacher had given us students tips & one of the tips was to always wipe off any wood, plastic & etc after sanding them. Dust can still linger if u use a dry towel/rag. He also said to always wait about 10 minutes or so before starting your projects especially wood, even if it's already treated.

I have never done anything like this but I’m wanting to try my hand at it for a Christmas gift. What are the pictures printed on? Is it just regular paper?

I'll try once more with my hand grinder, for concrete, flat/satin paint, & level it better...it is tough, without thick leveling epoxy.

I've tried doing the photo transfer 3 times and have had no luck. I'm using the smooth circle discs from JoAnn Fabrics (which I lightly sanded), quick transfer paper, and Liquitex. I've tried letting them dry overnight, heating them with a hair dryer, and even gently putting an iron on them. No matter what the image does not come off clean...it pulls. I've watched several of your videos, but don't seem to be getting it right. I even put a layer of flat clear enamel on the discs first, and actually those turned out the best, but still pulled. Any suggestions??

Will any transfer paper work on wood or is there a certain kind.

Prefer keeping camera on project keeps my attention and understanding focused. Otherwise. Liked your technique.

Is there any special laserjet toners that last longer outdoors in the sun? Or use your general toner cartridge with of coarse a clear coat.

Will this technique work on canvas? I don't see any transfers to canvas on your channel.
