@@OO9O9I am just a normal person who has quite some experience in baking and stuff so I can give you some advice on it you could use some vanilla extract or powder or something like that it's not mandatory to put coffe in it it's just for the taste and to get rid of that eggy smell but as you said you don't like coffee you can skip it and use vanilla insted

would this work with the actual Tiramisu base cream (the mixed Mascarpone, egg yolk and sugar with the whisked egg white and sugar folded into it)? the tiramisu recipe is much more delicate and fluffy but im not sure if it would hold. This is the alternative tiramisu with the heavy cream and it unpleasantly alters the flavor and texture. if you're worried about getting sick from raw egg, just google how to pasteurize eggs for tiramisu.
