I’ve done this workout for about 3 months (2-3 times a week) with a combination of cardio, doing 5-6 workouts of yours per workout, and a somewhat low carb diet plan. I’ve lost over an inch in my arms as well as 12 lbs. even though I haven’t lost much weight on the scale, my body has changed DRAMATICALLY and I’m loving it. I am so glad I’ve found this channel

I wondered how she did those end moves so fast, now after a few weeks of doing this workout I realise that I was just unfit. I can happily confirm I can now do them at that speed instead of slow motion 🎉😂
I've done this workout plus the bat wing workout from Tracy Campoli for a week now and I just have to say that my arms look way more tonner! My arms have always been my biggest insecurity and I can now finally go out in public wearing a tank top without feeling self-conscious about my arms. Also tip- I got faster results when I added weights to this workout! I also cut off from eating sugar and junk food and only ate healthy snacks with a lot of protein which also made the results come faster!
Soo much burn in just 5 minutes, I literally thought oxygen's gonna leave my body😂. Arm before : 26.5 cm Day 1 : done ✅ Day 2 : I wasn't home ❌ Day 3 : done ✅ Day 4 : done ✅ Day 5 : done ✅ ( did it twice cz i missed day 2 ) Day 6 : done ✅ Day 7 : ❌ Now my arms are 26 cm so i lost 0.5 cm and they are more beautiful and toned thnx bailey ❤

My arm fell off and I'm so happy about it😂 Also one of my arms(right) has more amount of fat than the other😶idk if its normal and what can I do about it
Are you right handed? Because my right arm looks "fatter“ than my left one as well, but actually, my biceps is simply bigger there because I do everything with my right hand, obv. I got my muscles and body fat measured in my gym multiple times and I was always so surprised that my left and visibly "thinner“ arm has a higher fat percentage 😅

Loved it!! I usually do weights but broke my finger !! Happy I found this workout to do!! I usually do your abs and butt workout and I am never disappointed. I struggle being in my 40s and trying to get back in shape 💞

At first I taught this could be just a warm up because it’s a no equipment workout and I stopped seeing results from no equipment ones like Chloe Ting’s but OMG!! This burns sooo much! Don’t let the duration fool you it’s amazing

Ohlala... I am doing a lot of YT workouts to tone my 52 year old arms :D but this one is REALLY great! And I agree with the lady who wrote that her arms are shaking while writing this... MINE TOO :D Bailey's workouts always seem to be that super easy while watching them but they are... BAAAAM :O However, do not hesitate... even for us over 50 girls they are absolutely doable!!! I love her 5 minute workouts... Best invest in your body in such a minimum of time! Great job, Bailey and greetings from Germany
