The Numbuzin 2 toner is one of my absolute favorites. I agree with you on its "makeup boosting" properties. I also have the purple version waiting to be used when I finish the pink version. It is really unique and effective and fun to use.

The I’m from fig essence was so convenient in the hot summer months, it was hydrating but also oily enough to not make me feel the need to use a moisturizer, so it was basically the only thing I used except sunscreen and cleanser

I've just been looking for a video like this! You made me into a believer of face lotions after I finally tried Hada Labo's after binging your content. After that, I wanted to try other brands that do other stuff, but I couldn't really find proper reviews of other brands that talk about the ingredients and its effects properly like you do. And I am particularly interested in J and K brands because they seem to suit my Asian skin more and are effective at a reasonable price... as opposed to global/western brands. So glad you thought of making this, can't wait to test the products in this list ☺️

I was never a fan of toners since my 20s, because most dermatologists recommend skipping it. Not to even forget that a majority of them have alcohol and fragrance in them. However, I got a big 250ml bottle of Goodal Rice Milk Moisturizing Toner, which really blew me away. It feels so viscous like the Hadalabo Premium Gokyujun Toner, but has ceramides and rice extracts for brightening.

@@amruthapavithran5225 i have a combination and dehydrated skin type and i feel that it’s a little heavy and sticky for me, like i can’t really put too many products after it because they just don’t absorb as well as they do when i pair them with a different toner. But for the drier skin type it could be great!

I tried the I’m From fig essence when it first came out but didn’t use more than half of it as it seemed to make my makeup pill or go patchy. Plus, I didn’t find it was doing anything for my skin. I like the texture of the Beauty of Joseon ginseng essence and I’m down to the last few uses but also not sure what it’s doing for me, if anything. 😂 I just received the Dr. Ceuracle kombucha one recently so I’m very excited to try it! 😊

I bought the Cosrx Propolis one… I guess it will help me with my issues! I had a Nivea rose water toner before, but even though it kinda does the job it gave me acne (fragrance)… Now I use it on my neck sometimes (till it ends) and just purchased the Cosrx one! One day I wanna test the Hada Labo ones (J-Beauty was a thing here in Brazil way before K-Beauty), bc I personally use and love their cleansing oil, and later the Beauty of Joseon one!!

I know everyone has different skintype and all, but your skin not only looks like similar to mine, but how you describe it sounds spot on, so I simply must try (some of) the products you love 😄🙃. And so far what I've used have all been my favourite ones ❤️😊. But I too love love LOVE toners and essences ❤️. It is also my favourite part of skincare ❤️. Sad thing rn is that because I live in northern europe air atm is very cold and dry, so I had to cut down hyaluronic acid. Do you have any suggestions for toners and essences w/o HA?

I’m a bit confused now because I have a Numbuzin 2 toner that’s in a green bottle, which is an exfoliating toner as well. Currently, my favorite essence is Skinfood’s Yuja Dark Spot Clear Essence. It’s hydrating and brightening. Though I’ve only used it several times, my acne marks have already diminished. However, I should note that I use other brightening products as well.

My skin is very angry at the moment; red, itchy, texture/flaky. I’m not sure what brought this on - I just started using the Sukoyaka Suhada urea moisture lotion. Could this be the cause? Have you heard of any issues? I’ve stopped using all my actives, essences, serums, etc. for now, until things improve - no more Differin, glycolic acid (my staples), or anything other than Cerave cream.

Hey Tina! Hey Everyone! 👋 I was wondering if you can provide a list with favorite products without alcohol in the ingredients list! Using retinols and actives have been the best thing for my routine, but alcohol is so irritating. What's even more irritating is that is in a ton of skincare products (especially in sunscreen). @@milkythoughts9500 I'm not sure! I don't believe I've ever tried before. I do know that with tretinonin and with actives, ethanol and skincare with alcohol in it's ingredients burn quite a lot! (Like, I was recently gifted the Mizon Snail Repair Ampoule and had to return it because it burned so much.)

ive been using moisturizer, etc since i was 18, im in my late 30s now. i just have a question, what if they expired? i mean you really have lots of these. just wondering what do you do when they expired? i only used to used shiseido. but NOW, FINALLY, IVE FINISH ALL MY BEAUTY PRODUCT , THANK GOD, im looking for something new, thats why im here. btw, even if i used moisturizer at an early age, there are years that i dont put anything on my face. cause of being lazy. but everytime i go to another country, its instantly for me to buy and try a beauty product. ps- i also have a east asian skin,(my heritage), but living in the southeast.

I am have tried BOJ ginseng essence on my oily skin. Definitely underperformed vs Hada Labo. Hada Labo just made me fall in love with skincare because it's so simple and easy yet works so well. BOJ didn't moisturize as well as Hada. And here in my country they are in similar price points. But the other toners you recommended, will def try ❤

The silcot 1/2 sponge cotton (they name is differently everywhere but if you google that it should come up!) and white rabbit naked cotton are my 2 go-to’s 😌✨

*Does anyone have toner (or essences) recommendations which contain tea tree, green tea, niacinamide, aloe vera or any helpful ingredient for sensitive/ inflamed (by acne or sunburn) skin???????* Ps: also, that does not contain alcohol and fragrance!
