I have a couple other videos on here for that. I hope you found them. Getting to the stairs or a couch are the best option. Keeping a phone accessible from the floor is important for safety. Remembering that Alexa devices are voice activated and having them available to call for help is important.
This is amazing! My 80 y.o. husband just fell again this morning and I had to call his son to come help get him up off the floor. So I've been Googling ever since and came across this video, and promptly ordered the inflatable mattress you linked to above. Hopefully he won't fall again before it arrives next week. I feel so relieved to have found an inexpensive and doable solution. I was on the brink of spending hundreds of dollars for a lift device of some sort. Thank you!!!
Thanks John. If you didn't see the video I shared yesterday then check it out. The chair is definitely more costly but way more convenient and versatile.
thanks! I have an air matress like that and my mum felt several times the past few weeks from her bed but I never thought that the matress might be an option and had to get help in the middle of the night as I can´t move her alone. Do you have any videos of how to arrange a bed for elderly so they don´t slide off the bed while getting up in the night for going to the toilet?
