Not everywhere in the US is into college sports. When you see something like this, you have to be careful not to attribute it to everywhere in the US. It's a big country and traditions differ. But there are some places that are REALLY into it, and it looks more like a professional event when it's played.
That was Ohio the ppl spelled out. Kollege stadiums are actually higher kapacity than a lot of professional stadiums. Kollege fans are a bit more fanatic. U have 2 buy the accessories. U definitely seem 2 fit in on the south here(Alabama by ur reactions). I love u @boredRuky!!!! #P-TownDizzy
College Football is older than the NFL. The NFL also recruits from college players. There are also many places where there isn't an NFL team whereas most states have multiple college teams.
College and NFL are the same popularity. But people get way more hyped for college cause it’s part of their community. While NFL fans might be fans of a team that isn’t even from their state.
The band is spelling Ohio. Script Ohio ends with a 4th or 5th year sousaphone player dotting the i. It is widely considered the greatest tradition in college football. The clip they're using is not the traditional format. The man dotting is Earl Bruce, former head coach of the team. He's being given an honor that only a handful of people are given. There's plenty of videos by the band to react to icluding shows like Hollywood, Video Game, Michael Jackson, animated movies, Superheroes, Civil War, performances in London, Back to the Future, etc. They are called TBDBITL. The Best Damn Band In The Land.
To answer one of your questions, the biggest stadium in America (and second biggest in the world) is a college football stadium (Michigan Stadium) So yeah, I would say college ball is more popular
I used to be into the NFL football but I change to college football its more of the real thing. NFL players get paid for playing as where College its not given a dollars so it's more real. I am a fan of Clemson University football. I know I will get a lot of comments about the Clemson Tigers which you seen getting on the bus. That is not a town that is the parking lot where we get together to cook some food and have a good time before the game.
In the south we take our college sports very serious....I've seen actual fist fights break out in bars while watching college games. Once you pick a team win or lose you defend that team
College football is ten times bigger than the pro's. Some of the biggest stadium's in the world are in college football ball. With the biggest seating over 100.000 people. And someone in the comments correct me if I'm wrong but that stadium is at the university of Michigan. ( the big house ) I'm an Oregon Duck's fan and no matter what state your from college football and high school football is like a religion here. Great vid little lady.
