Never having used a trail cam ru-vid.comUgkx2sTDdZXomuxedMg_HothfjSXjR3rpPkA before, I was very impressed with the quality of the images and videos. The sensitivity of the camera can be adjusted as well as the length of video recordings. Once I found the sweet spot, I was getting great clips of deer and other animals almost every day. I was worried about battery life but have been running off the same 4 aa batteries for over a month. The SD card is easy to remove and connect to a computer. I have a Mac, and the AVI files open natively in QuickTime and are easy to save and share. This is a great, budget-friendly trail cam.
This video should win a number of prizes for Best of RU-vid Trailcams. Including best camera placement, best candid wildlife shots, best diversity, best compilation. No kidding this is one to be proud of. Masterpiece!
This is absolutely fantastic! Your camera placements are A+. The variety of wildlife you captured is astounding! This is one of the best trail cam videos I have seen! Thank you. New sub here!
Wow! You have the very best camera placement for all your cameras that I've ever seen! Also, I love watching that beaver shoving food into his mouth like branches into a wood chipper 😅
@@berkshiretrailcam Thank you so much. I've used Meidase and they've been okay if you get a good one. Sometimes, they burn batteries fast and the sound is like a motor running. Right out of the box, they quikly replace them. So many choices. I'll have to check those two out you mentioned.
So many animals merely going about their business. What a pleasure it must be to own the land they forage on. I love watching the mama bear and her two cubs. It’s interesting to see some of the animals instinctively knowing the camera is out of place.
Wow! No concrete, no electrical lines, no roads, no McDonald's! A God's eye view of beautiful animals without any of man's pollution! Great video! 💕🐾🐾💕👣💞😃 God please bless all the animals that fly in Earth's skies, that swim in Earth's waters and those that walk the earth! Please protect all animals from human's pollution, abuse, neglect and ignorance! Let there be vengeance for anyone who purposely harms animals!🙏💕🐾🐾💞👣💞 The only animal I see here in East Los Angeles are Alley cats and Mutts 😆🤣
Thanks! These cameras are Browning Recon Force Advantage and Bushnell E2 and E3. Both brands have been great, although we prefer the Browning. Browning appears to have discontinued the Advantage, but we’ve been hearing good things about other cameras in the Recon Force series. Let us know how it works out!
We have a quite a few cameras. I believe most of these were from some older 20MP Bushnell Trophy cams, but over the last couple years we have transitioned to the Brown Recon Force series
I love that bobcat. he's beautiful watching beavers the little geese I want couple mallard male female my Maddie and Jake use to play with my other ones I had one them white ducks stood up just like me and I use to laugh cause. he loved stay in with me.and I picked him up all the time.had more fun with am Jake and Laddie Chase them then theyd
Spectacular ! What a treat the picture quality and audio crystal clear and all the animals so beautifully healthy . Your property is incredibly gorgeous and all that peace and quiet , you’re so lucky . Thank you for sharing it with us
Wow, lots of variety here, even Flickers, King Fisher, & Bluebird, not to mention Moose. Cougar & Big Foot would have rounded it out nicely! 👌I know Cougar are here in Berk. Co., but I have only seen them myself just over the border in NY, including a Black Panther in the late 1990's.
This is awesome. I grew up in Mass and my grandparents lived in the Berkshires. I spent a month there every summer and even now I remember how cool it was to see all the wildlife that seemed to be everywhere!! From fishing in crystal clear lakes to hiking trails in the foothills…awesome. Thanks for sharing and bringing back so many good memories!!!
You should consider doing a video for Peru. Even though it's only two towns over, the landscape is different (mostly flatter) it's sill heavily forested and it'd be amazing to see the wildlife I grew up around!
Couldn't do much better than that in MA. We may not have panthers and alligators like Tim Harrell shows on his trail cam channel, but he doesn't have moose and beavers. And besides, his bears look positively emaciated beside a good Massachusetts bear - even the cubs were fatties! Thanks for sharing.
@@berkshiretrailcam I go hiking, running, xcountry skiing everywhere. Never in my 51 years have I ever seen one. Thank you so much!! We really do live in the best place in our world.
Loved that huge Bob Cat.there so sneaky, and its funny when they haven't a clue that there being taped,lol..except maybe this 2 black bears in the swamp that walked rite over the camera.I believe that he smelled human scent on the camera because he had that look that he knew something was just a little out of place
Wonderful video! The Owl eating its prey was great and I so loved seeing the Bobcats. The one clip towards the end in the snow was so beautiful. You could frame that shot! Gorgeous! Enjoy your day, Char😊
This video made me homesick for Dalton and the surrounding areas in Berkshire Co. I grew up there until 45 yo then moved to So. Indiana. Miss the bears, porcupines bc we don’t have any. My father used to take us to the Beaver Pond in Windsor to watch the beavs when we were kids. In fact my parents still live in Dalton.
Which model of cameras are you using? I have property down in Florida, have a few cell cams out there but want to put some out that take video as well.
Wow, this is quite a collection! Taken over a stretch of time, the cameras used varied in the sharpness of images. Some were the sharpest I've seen on RU-vid and some the fuzziest. You're lucky to have so much wildlife around your property! Is there any chance you could add a species list (common and scientific names) to the info section? That would really be helpful. Perhaps most viewers will know the common names of most of the animals, but few will know all of them (including me). And perhaps most viewers aren't interested in the scientific names, but some of us definitely are. Thanks for this video!
Wow only thing missing was the cougar and the Fisher cat! I said no way to the Fisher cat till I seen one caught in a trap not far from you in cummington.ma
Thank you! If you check out our Best Trail Camera Highlights from 2018-2020, you’ll find a couple nice Fisher videos. They are very difficult to capture on camera!
I'm in central Oklahoma, and I'd like to say that that video I just watched had some of the most interesting and beautiful wildlife that a body can find on the North.American continent. I don't know where Berkshire is, but that's some beautiful country.
Thanks Maurizio! I believe all Browning videos were from a Recon Force Advantage, which unfortunately has been discontinued. That said, we have had good luck with some of the newer cams in the Recon Force series. Hope that helps!
