You need to book well in advance and extra fee to confirm a seat. Went late June tolook at it but overwhelmed by Asian visitors. Schynige Platte might be better option.
Hi Sylvia , watching the train trip you did today was what made me determined to come to Switzerland . I saw a video on RU-vid about three or four years ago of the same trip , and decided I had to see it myself . I have since then been three times , and shortly will be returning for a forth time . What a wonderful trip!!! Especially watching the fog climb the mountain and seeing the wind blowing the grasses. I was wondering if it was a time-lapse when your message "not time-lapse" popped up. Thanks.. Every Sunday for two summers I would bring my groups up the Brinez Rothorn.. Most of the time I would get a beautiful meal at the hotel, the Rostii was my favorite, they also had a great shop in the hotel selling swiss hand made gifts which were very unique and very well made,.
