I got a bottle of Taxco from TJ Maxx this past weekend and I like it. I did three sprays the next day just to see how it lasted and I could smell it for a good 6 hours or so and that was off my skin

I have been looking for Taxco for a long time too and FINALLY found it. I've never smelled Tuxedo so have nothing to compare it to but this is BEAUTIFUL! Also picked up Ambre Leather and Oud Woody today too. Also found Tuscany Leather. All have amazing firehose sprayers and are beast mode!

Your in a bigger market than a lot of people including myself,I'm in Tulsa, Oklahoma,are rack stores are ok! I bought Taxco. It's nice and it lasts forever. I spray light with it because it can be too strong if I spray more than 4 sprays.

Gerard, I bought Taxco and I love it. I never look at the cheap, unboxed fragrances at TJ Maxx or Marshalls. If it was not for your excellent video, I never would have bought the fragrance.

Glad I could help Ed. I've smelled A LOT of fragrances so when one of the loose bottles is a a standout from the usual generic stuff I'll mention it to my subs. Even if you arent on a tight budget its a nice alternative to much more expensive fragrances.

Just watched your review on Taxco. I’m A 62 year old man. I was at TJ Maxx last night looking for clothes and I thought I’d look at colognes as well. I saw and noticed the Taxco cologne. Sprayed it, and immediately thought that it smelt like Toy Boy! I was thrown off my rocker, when YOU said that! It does indeed, smell like toy boy.

I picked up Taxco as well. Doesn’t smell exactly like tuxedo but it’s close. I actually think it dries down a lot smokier which makes it non redundant and nice. I think it’s fantastic for $15. Also I picked up black incenso from the same company milestone which is supposed to be a clone of velvet incenso for D&G. It’s really nice as well.

Just picked up taxco. Smelled great for 5 mins then went nose blind on only 2 sprays. Got in my vehicle sprayed twice and by the time I got home I cannot smell it at all. Not one bit 🤣 nose blind is a real thing people

These have gotten a lot of attention. I plan on doing some giveaways with them as well in the future as they aren't easily found everywhere. CR7 Game On was probably one of the most mentioned fragrances for me to try in my comments section.

@@gerardgeorgeI got lucky and found Taxco at Marshall’s. It’s not bad. A little too alcoholic at first opening, but settles down to a flowery scent within a minute. Not something I would wear often, but it isn’t bad. Performance is decent for a fragrance that costs $15. Just about hits the five hour mark for longevity, but projects like a beast for the first hour or so.

Crazy! I live in a fairly small town in Indiana and our selection at TJ Maxx is an absolute dumpster fire. You’ll occasionally find something of quality but the price is usually still more than I’d be willing to pay. I saw Missoni Wave going for at least $60 recently.

Saw the Taxco fragrance at my TJMaxx a few weeks ago as well, sprayed it on my wrist and knew it was a Tuxedo clone. I've never had the chance to smell YSL Tuxedo, but own and love Rochas Moustache EDP. I recently bought Lattafa Alhambra The Tux, and after wearing it for the first time I much prefer Rochas Moustache. With The Tux, I couldn't tell I was wearing anything several hours later, the Rochas dry down smells great even on my dress shirts when I do laundry several days later. Agree, Taxco at $14.99 is a no brainer, I will probably skip it as I already have the aforementioned fragrances.

My bottle of Tuxedo just arrived about 10 days ago after a 2-month backorder *Sigh* Which TJ Maxx did your wife find it at, I want to go there and pick one up for comparison. I live on the South Shore and the TJ's around here don't have a lot of variety. Saw the Taxco as well. I tried it on skin at the store and I don’t know it smells great, but I think the performance wasn’t there sadly. I have moustache edp so I didn’t grab it, love the bottle and atomizer though. Would recommend to friends looking for a good cheapie. Maybe over spray? Did you find any further info on testing and performance?

I picked both of these up at TJ Maxx last week (same price - $14.99 ea), they really are amazing! Taxco is a clone of YSL Tuxedo. I think the Taxco might be the same juice as the Maison Alhambra "The Tux" clone that a lot of reviewers are raving about. The bottles and caps look identical...they just have a different sticker on the front.

I personally preferred Rochas Moustache. It smells higher quality. But MA was good too. It definitely has the bottle down 😂 .
