My favorite is the bilstein 6112's up front and the bilstein 5160's out back with the hellwig swaybars front and back. Increased tow stability and MUCH smoother ride with little to no bounce off of bumps.
I went with the low profile rough country hard tri-fold tonneau cover for like 850$ and I love it. I also got the hydraulic assist for the tailgate which made the truck feel super premium And I just switched out the factory halogens for leds all around. All in all I'm in love with everything I've done with my truck so far and once it's paid off I'm going to do the leather interior and replace the jump seat with a center console and upgrade the sync 2 with the sync 3 system.
This is the EXACT video I was looking for, with the exact mods I want to do to my 2016 F-150, mines not a 4x4 tho which is the only downside but everything from the front grill and LED lights to the leather interior is exactly what I have planned to do to mine.
You should get a raptor style grille that I just got on mercari it has a switchback light bar at the bottom in those long vertical holes it is a real game changer
I have a 2018. My 1st upgrade was Katskins, BacFlip Tri hard top, Husky floormats, LED lights, and this week I'm getting a 2.5 level , 20x10 -12 Fuel Throttles, on TOYO 33 x12.50 RT TRAILS. . Now i need brakes lol its never gonna end with this Truck. Next time I'm buying a truck already modded . Almost forgot the spray on bed liner and tail gate assist, and 5% all around
I agree on the tailgate hydraulic, if you have small kids, it's definitely a safety feature. How many times has your kids run under your feet and you were completely unaware of it!
I personally love the tailgate assist too. Though, I went with the OEM part and installed it instead of the aftermarket one. Does the same job. Did you have the interior professionally installed or did you do it yourself?
Lol, quick advice. don't ever come to New York with that NYS Registration sticker and that Massachusset plate, you'll end up with a summons or several summonses.
I can’t speak to the leather seats and the bed lining because that came with the truck when I bought it but everything else has a link to check prices in the video description. If I had to guess I would say all together somewhere around 4-6k. I did all the installation myself so that saved me some money.
Headlights got some fairly bad reviews..how long have you had them? And,what leds did you buy to replace low/high beams? Thanks. Everything looks great!!
It’s definitely possible you would just have to have two separate switches. Only Issue is the light output would be significantly less due to going from two pod lights to one. I think you’d be better off just having one setup for both honestly; fog or spot.
They are called “switchbacks” they go from white to yellow on command. I did a video on them. Check them out. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-CtylHqa3hBw.html
Mine came with the letters but sometimes ford will crack down on these companies forcing them to not include the letters. If they don’t come with the grille you can buy them separately. It’s a big branding legal issue.
@@AutoHeadz sorry,it was too long ago and I can’t see any labels on it. It also has led lights so you can see into the bed at night. It no longer fits my current truck so I’d sell it to you if can get to Toronto.
Can you rage link for the sync3 kit. I have a 2015 f150 king ranch and i want the apple play. I do have the raptor grill which makes it look sick, 6” vertex coilovers and rear vertex resi shocks which helps w/ rear end ride, and i ordered LASFIT switchback LEDs. Thanks for heads up on everything
Hey man! That’s awesome🤙🏻, I want to put a 6” on my truck so bad. The link to the Apple play kit is in the description but unfortunately I don’t think it will work if you don’t have Sync 3 which I believe only started coming with the 2016+
Some people hate on me for the raptor grill, but I don’t care. I wanted the 5.0. Put a grill guard on mine though. Don’t love the look but definitely worth the protection
