@@ashtondillard6906 Afghanistan and Iraq are Valleys and mountains. Not Forested and dense like Southern Germany (Bavaria and Baden-Wurttemberg) or Switzerland or Scandinavia. Lol. Goober.
@@samuraispeltwrong Not like you imagine, not boreal or Alpine. The main terrain features are open valleys and deep mountains, ravines etc. The "forest" they do have are barely that at all. They are very sparse and widespread conifers. Not a dense European forest. They don't have it. They lack the dense, lush European forestry. Cope.
The new map might be the hardest one yet for co-op checkpoint. The bomb that spawns on the 3rd story apartment is extremely difficult to reach because the doorway leads into an immediate fatal funnel. You get killed the moment you poke your head in, which makes using flashes highly encouraged.
The king has returned! :) The update is pretty nice too. Last light is the highlight for sure. Looks soo good. The last defense building for Security on Push Insurgents is really cool too. Really nicely detailed and the double stairway defence can be pretty tense.
For some reason on the new weapons, rush reloads are ALWAYS full reloads now, you can even see on the Sg the cocking handle just magically pans back when you double press r, not a bug I expected from this game but thought id mention it.
Good to see some Sandstorm action again after your Dark and Darker videos, I didn't realise how much I missed it. BTW you have impeccable taste in games (AKA same taste in games as me).
I love it too but they need to fix the death bugs asap on that map - floating body armor, frozen deaths, guns stay on an animation loop when dropped from death.
Can someone tell me how tf to play I’ve played the game before but when I try to join a game and pick a class it says I need to select a class and it won’t let me play and it’s pissing me off because I can’t play at all
They removed the damn 30 second respawn protection, that made me play the game again. I hope they will launch a hotfix for the half empty quick reload animations and give me back my character presets.
I noticed this too lmao, I got a total of 40 kills in 29 minutes, which is nothing compared to how outpost should play. And I only got those 40 kills because there were only 2 other people in the lobby.
Sometimes in the game when shooting at an enemy, bullets pass through the man. This event can be repeated over and over. How many ticks is this game? 10?
I love this game dearly I just wish i could play team deathmatch offline as well instead of just checkpoint it gets boring quick when wifi isnt available but overall my favorite shooters

i was very disappointed with the SG. yes, it's only two credits, but the m16 and akm are one and three credits respectively and mop the floor with this gun.
Yeah, looks plain as and half baked. Why are the textures so low? unless thats how Gibs settings are.. Will give a go, but its been months since playing as the game doesnt seem to be evolving myuch these days
They botched the default layout of the keybinds. 3 for grenades and 4 for knives breaks years of convention, and the radial menu being a click-drag-click vs a click-drag adds a step no one asked for (maybe console players?). Not a fan of where they chose some of the checkpoints for Last Light, esp. the last section since it's completely exposed on all sides. SIG 552 and MDR are definitely deceptive choices in the PvP lineup. On paper the 552 is a better choice over the AK, but its short length and high firerate makes it difficult to manage (imo) for the damage tradeoff at range, whereas the prohibitively expensive MDR has the best recoil for a 7.62x51 in the entire game and performs well across the board. Attachments -- as far as I've seen -- don't really do much for the 552, but firmly push MDR into being a top-tier weapon (as the price dictates). Definitely going to see a lot more MDR use in modes like Ambush, Domination, and TDM just because of that recoil control and firerate. IMO the 552 is supposed to compete with the G36K as a "cheap automatic", but the burst fire is too slow and janky to warrant spending the extra point over an M16, and the AK has too much a better damage profile and recoil control to warrant using the 552 beyond point-blank situations. Also the 20-round magazine size -- while true to life -- don't provide any noticeable weight gains to turn a Rifleman into a budget Breacher. Would've been better to keep the mag size fixed at 30 rounds and give the 20-round mag a point-discount instead. Overall update is a 5/10. Lots of new things that are interesting, but also way more hiccups and breakages than there should be.
They broke this game so fucking bad with this update. So disappointed. The final update for the game and they completely broke it and it'll never be fixed. Not surprising though.
the community servers in the eu are pretty dead most of the time but if u let the game search servers for u you’ll get into active servers within like 30 seconds most of the time
@@acezero8132 There's definitely a lack of players in the morning in EU (08:00am-13:00pm GMT+3), but any other time It doesn't take long to get into a popular gamemode. There is still a significant cheater problem, there's so many low level accounts running around with wallhacks & aimlock. Just got out of a game where I was playing against a cheater on the new map - I can't imagine just how many cheaters there are in total if I see ENEMY cheaters so often. The report button being broken doesn't help either. I really would like to see a player tribunal system like CSGO's Overwatch.
@@Fannalol Would be cool to see such a tribunal system, but at the same time it worries me how often players would be falsely banned, judging by how many players complain in a normal US match. This game only has a small niche community, so the *actual* skilled veterans could be wiped out for no good reason while the cheaters would come back repeatedly and harass new players.
@@acezero8132 I have more faith in our veteran players to make the correct judgement, if It gets reviewed by 5 maybe even 10-20 veterans I'm sure It'll be the correct judgment. Could have it so that this could be a filtering system, any case deemed suspicious could be sent over to NWI, instead of having to wait for reports over support tickets etc.
Love how this game is meant to be all tactical and realistic, yet, this game play just makes it look like cod or bf, thought this finally might be something different and more tactical for console🤢 Really gross how everyone sprints and slides around the map with some meta weapon not using team work and playing like it's an arcade shooter, every match is like this it seems, there's never any team work because there doesn't need to be, everyone is off by themselves...it's just people like you who play the game like it's cod or bf sprint and hop around with the best gun beaming people instantly, why does every shooter, even tactical ones gotta have the try hard lone warriors😂
