I love Armani Si (The original formulation). I heard it was reformulated and not so good anymore. Not sure if it is true or not.🤔 My new love is La Nuit Tresor A La Folie. ❤️ Dior Addict is on my wish list. Beautiful selection of vanilla fragrances, Gabby!

I have never smelled the original but I have the Alexandria fragrances dupe and its my absolute favorite fall/winter time smell. I call it my comfy cozy. But, if you get it from a dupe house, I would buy it soon because it needs a few months to macerate before it smells good. DUA fragrances has a by the fireplace dupe as well and they are having a 30% off sale and their perfumes and AH-MAZING
This is my favorite note in a perfume. Coco vanille & manifestó made me fall in love with this note. I’m currently looking into addict I smelled it at Macy’s a few weeks ago and fell in love. Also, I’m surprised I didn’t see some of the ones I mentioned as well as italica.
Hy Gabby, I have soooo many vanilla perfumes and the most of them you already mentioned. I definitely recommend Cinema by YSL and Midnight Shimmer by Michael Kors. But my absolute Favorite is Vanille West Indies by St. Barth.
@@TechGeekDame Hy Cynthia, it has a quite oily Juice. So it lasts really well on my skin. I wore it Last night to bed, to test it for you and i could smell it this Morning. It‘s a straight up sweet Vanilla in a similar line like Van cleef & Arpels Orchidée Vanille. Maybe a hint sweeter and definitely longer lasting. My husband says it’s a heavy one. But I think it’s giving a nice scent bubble around you, but doesn’t project to the next room. If you know what I mean. I hope that helped.

Just got some samples from Montale. I have to say I guess my nose probably is to new to fragrances because I don't like any of them. They all smell to artificial, to niche I guess haha. Now Lira I do like😊

Very intresting, thet so many fragranc are so different to others. When I got a sample of Vanilla Absolute I nearly couldn't smell anything on my skin, to my nose it was just nothing! Lira is beautiful... but it's so faint on my skin after a few minits thet I can't bring myself to buy it. :( And Al Contrario was a big failure of a bindbuy to me, becouse it smels like dust to me. :( To me until now the best vanillas are Sweet Vanilla (to me it's more vanilla then apricot) Vanilla Vibes (is a summery light vanilla to me) Omnia Madara (beautiful vanilla!) It's similar to Vanilla Cake maybe without the wierd notes. But I love Vanilla Cake as well, as a vanilla base fragrance. Dior Addict I also love it! DKNY Sweet Delicious Creamy Meringue - I know it's nowhere to finde but 2 days I laid my hands on a last bottle in the world! :D It's so delicious. Milk Shake - Now adays I don't have it, and I know it was a super cheepy but It was a super nice vanilla. I'm still searching for an alternative niche or a better quality of it. And ofcourse still searching for vanilla scents. :)
