It's a pretty common complaint as i tend to not even think about the artifacts when i play as Vecna lol

That’s debatable tbf, but yeah I’d say he’s more on perk dependent side but you can still make some dirty plays with some of his spells 🪄

The problem for me is just the jank feeling when using his speels . The spheres slows you down and locks you camera for a sec . Fly can be buggy sometimes when the floor is uneven .

What are you talking about? Have the Skeletons that you can launch to damage players and can even hit them through the other side of a wall, just gotta master how to use them and when. If you can a height advantage by being a little lower than them than they're far less likely to dodge it, the Fly ability lets you traverse the map quickly and helps combating vaults since you can go through it and body block them, the sphere is good for information in regards to where people are or aren't, and the hand helps stopping pallet loops. Each serves a purpose, you just need to utilize them correctly and not just use them carelessly. Plus it's all fun as hell
