Croissant in Indonesia mostly is not like the real European croissant, they're mostly soft textures almost like brioche 😅 some just made with simple bread dough then rolled it around to shape like croissant+ some fillings & that's it🤭 it was like instant soft bread. To find real' one that crispy- flaky etc you could only find it in high end/expensive bakery in big cities or tourist area with lots of foreigner.
