The first vegan food truck in Denver IS VEGAN VAN. They were here since like 2010 maybe earlier. Migration taco came around in just 2019. The lady in the video is either highly biased and hates vegan van or just knows nothing about the actual vegan scene. But given her husband owns meta burger, it's the former. Nobody here likes meta burger
