I’ve been a fan of taking Phase Rush instead of other damaging keystone runes since I felt Veigar has enough damage in his kit already. I find it fun and (sometimes) quite effective being able to burst or trade and then running away with the extra movespeed. Early game damage takes a hit though, which may be more important than I realize.

selling boots for deadmans plate if they're heavy ad is pretty decent, just run around with perma deadmans passive, just have to remember not to auto lol

Hey Nemesis! What are your thoughts on Serph -> Dcap -> Cryptbloom on veigar? Since the heal on cryptbloom is 50% of AP it gives a lot of utility and great dmg. Been trying it in masters NA to some good success but only pick it into heavy malee comps.

i tought about this item when item rework came and there was no more everfrost. Just were thinking that no extra mana would be a dealbreaker but im glad it works

12:15 Though I haven’t played in a while, one of my favorite things to play is Veiger support with Lich Bane Rush. Trade heavy early to get stacks then use Lich to kill towers quickly. You have so much early AP that Lich would take half a plate in its own, then after 20 minutes, you have 800+ AP without Death Cap and Lich would just shred towers. Roam around the map to get wards, get two taps on a tower with a split pusher would destroy a Tier 2, then you would just go back to your team.

i haven't played league for years, but i always love when my favorite veigar is viable and i can watch videos of nemesis playing him

I personally like rushing a tank item on veigar and then standard build. So if team is AD heavy I’m going Frozen heart, ap heavy I’m going that one that gives you an MR shield forgot the name. Then I go tear, and rabs.

currently im rushing cosmic/shurelya into hourglass/banshee component into deathcap into cryptbloom. they idea is that veigar has so much dmg if you stack well you dont need shadowflame/stormsurge or other pure dmg items and can build defensive utility items. i generally take comet, manaflow, celerity and gathering with pom and cut down. i only run into mana issues if im not managing well and the build scales really well. i am in pisslow tho (OCE gold) so games tend to go long and i generally get to scale. edit: boots are whatever is best, mercs into heavy ap, tabi into heavy ad, switfies into tones of slows/disengage, sorcs into squishies and ionians into everything else. also never finish banshees, the component does the exact same thing and the large rod can go towards your deathcap or hourglass instead which are way better than finishing the banshees

I know I say this every veigar video, but why not Abyssal Mask this match? Facing Sylas, Zac and Teemo would've definitely made me buy it

Hello Nemisis. At 10:32 you used your ultimate ability on a target that was at half of their hitting points. Did you know that your ultimate ability is an execute?
