Vivek Bhai after watching your video I think like this for example motilal current market price is 500 and EPS 50 so PE is 10. Let us assume after 10 years EPS will be 500 and share price will be EPS 500 X PE 10 so 5000 Now you think about 500 (your investment money) you did not buy motilal share but you keep this money in bank fixed deposit after 10 year you get 1000 only but if you buy let say motilal share you get 5000 (4000 is the risk reward) so future 10 year Pe calculation - current share price 500 and after 10 year EPS 500 so PE is 1 If you take care future value of your money ie 1000 (if u invest in bank after 10 years) so Pe will be 1000/500 = 2
