Yes! That's the bike course during the Xterra Triathlon and there is a cemetery right below there. And the beach beside that subdivision near the parola used to be the starting point back in 2011. There's no house standing there during that time but the cemented road only.
Cool video guys! Yeah, there's something nice about getting up early to catch a beautiful sunrise. And then off to the beach for the rest of the day. That's awesome. For those of us who can't get out yet, thanks for sharing. 👍😉
Absolutly. In the past we would always be seeing sunset and not often getting to see a sunrise, but living on this side of the island makes it so much better to see sunrises.
Maayo gabii !! Good video !! Your really on point with the accent sound effects, loved the end of the two of you sharing a peaceful moment in the shade of the trees. Very cool , im a friend for sure , fan didn’t sound right. Keep wandering!!!
It really is too bad. Dont like to see history distroyed or even blocked off by something like that. Hahaha swimming to Mactan, next vlog! Joke joke hahaha
Hi We Wander! If youre looking for an extreme adventure... You should try Malingin Rocks at Brgy. Mulao in Liloan. We went there earlier this morning with my Zumba mates! The place is INSTAGRAMMABLE! If you love nature and just wanted to hear the flowing sound of the river... Malingin Rocks is for you. But before you go there... Please check the weather first because the pathway and the rocks is slippery. Enjoy travelling and stay safe!
Hahahaha! NICE!!! How was it? The momshies (my Zumbamates) is effin tired because of the downhill and uphill of the pathway going tru the river. HAHAHA! Hoping to meet you guys! I love to travel also and watching your videos inspires me to travel more after this pandemic. More power to you guys!
Anthony Adrales it was great! We really really loved it. Actually very excited for that video. Did you go to Lanigid Hill afterwards? If not then trust me you need to go back to Mulao! Hahaha
I feel relaxed while watching your vlog. It's a nice way to end my day today(while sipping iced tea) since I just finished work. Thank youuu! Stay safe and keep wandering ♥️
We are planning to go there this afternoon. We are from Mandaue. Thanks for the disclaimer about the "No trespassing" signs. Not sure if they still exist now.
i just got back from danicop tieugan springs i was the only person there the water was raging due to the rains the swimming was great im working on your seven wonders of bohol THANKS for the tips
Woah thats awesome! We are dying for a good swim tbh! Would love to go there rn. Thats really cool you are doing our 7 wonders. We need to go back to bohol soon. I know there is so much we missed there
@@WeWander thats awesome looking forward to watching it. If you guys go you must go to Lapyahan. That's the public beach that anyone can get too and there's a little eatery near it as well.
Mention SubManic skateboards to those skaters next time dude. It’s my brand out there. Im pretty sure they know or riding the boards.😬 btw,if your planning to go to Bohol when your able to, let me know. I have a guesthouse in Dauis,Panglao.
Its sad because i actually had fully planned and prepared to start using maps in the vlogs to better show the locations, but because we still dont have internet it isnt something i am able to do.
We Wander no worries, just i got use to seeing you point out the hidden sites and the maps put it in perspective. Hope you get the internet soon, that will allow you to do that. Maayong buntag by the way. Up kinda early hahaha
Cody visit the Parola sa Liloan (Lighthouse). That's a known landmark in Liloan since the 60s. I grew up in Compostela, the town next to Liloan going north. Keep the vlog coming! -Frank Gatdula-
We Wander Thanks Cody yes I did see that too bad you didn’t really get to see everything. Keep up the good work looking forward to see more of your blogs
That public beach is quite dirty. Ananya Coast Resort in Cotcot Liloan, is better. Its privately own. It is a little down further near the boundaries of Liloan and Compostela.
Its really disheartening Cody that a very significant piece of history has been made inaccesible to the public. The bantayan sa hari and the parola is a government property supervised by the NHC, it is really not known why it has become a subdivision by now.
I couldnt agree more. Not often are we stopped from seeing a place because there is now a subdivision there. New experiance and not one i liked very much. Pretty upsetting
@@WeWander never made it there myself, I always thought that Amara built around it. Next time, after covid maybe I'll make it there and the tayud hill. I've gone around it but never made it to the top.
I don't think Liloan is considered north Cebu. Not even north of Cebu City. Daanbantayan is northern Cebu. Bogo is northern Cebu. But hey, it's your vlog. You're starting to sound more Filipino now. Amping!
Its absolutely North Cebu. Everyone up here talks about it as North Cebu. People basically say anything north of Mandaue is North Cebu, and South of Cebu City is South Cebu. The point is this is the half of the island that gets next to no coverage in vlogs.
Filipino To Be there is a reason why Liloan is called “The Light of the North.” You can argue it all you want or you can check your map. If you need to go through another city (Mandaue City) and pass by Concolacion before you can reach Liloan, how can you even call it a “suburb” of Cebu city?
So, why are you wearing the masks when no one is around you?? As silly as watching people driving alone with them on in Canada LoL! I Love getting up early for beautiful sunrises though.
It might look that way on the video but there are people near us sometimes and people passing by and as a respect we still wear a mask. And to be honest, after being stuck in the city for 8 months where strict health protocols are being implemented, it already became a habit 😅
