Wonderful video man. Easy to follow. I need your guidance. In terms of payment, could you explain how this is worked out? Do you pay the total for the 24 months up front, then you pay monthly or do you pay up front , they pay at time of renewal, at the end of the year. Thank you.
Thanks! Usually, if you're choosing longer than a 1 month plan, you would need to pay for the whole period upfront and then it would be renewed for the same or a different period. For example when purchasing Surfshark VPN, you would pay for 2 years upfront and after that period it would be renewed annually for the same price.
serious question why should a normal person use a VPN for daily day to day internet browsing? am asking because i was thinking of getting one but then i asked myself what do i do that would benefit from a VPN. am mostly a gamer so most sites i visit are gaming sites i also use it to pay bills check my bank etc nothing secret that i wouldn’t want anyone to see my activity can someone who has knowledge of VPN tell me if i would actually benefit from one thanks.
There may not be a reason for you to "hide" anything, just like most people. The problem is privacy, and the fact that your ISP provider is collecting data about you, your usage, and selling it to companies. Small tidbits of information about you might not seem like a big deal, but the broader picture is that entities aggragate that data and put a profile together of you (and sell it). Some people have concerns about their search history because it can be used against them. Some people, like youtube content creators, have privacy concerns for their personal safety. IP addresses and other metadata can actually locate a person, and then they are targeted for harrassment, doxxed, assaulted, or worse) Plus, the censorship issue. Your internet provider decides what information you are allowed to have access to, based on your IP address location. If you're on a VPN, you get access to stuff you don't normally get. there are many reasons, these are just a few.
Honestly IDGAF about privacy because the moment you log on internet you are exposed in millions of different ways so there's no hiding. But I want to find best VPN because a lot of things are not allowed/futured in my country for example netflix, amazon prime gaming and film thing a lot of stuff that I need for college etc.
After I watched couple of video's from you guys, SURF Shark was not the best for me. I did follow all settings and recommendation, Except for, disabling my ESET Smart security as the rep said they want to know if my Speed goes up by disabling it. Anyways, 450mb, went down to 5mb that's 95% speed loss in there, I really was excited about the videos you had about them but it did not work to me, and I live in Hawaii, maybe that's another reason. Btw, the same day I watched your video is the same day I bought them. Anyways, still look forward on your videos. Thanks!
@@cybernews After that, I went back to nord, yes, it's expensive, but for how many years, they have been top notch, real deal. So ya, I guess, it's really worth the price, especially in my location. I was former Cyberghost user, but after the incident, I kinda... hmmm but they are good too, it's just Nord wins all the way, if they can just match the price, holy hell, i'll be with them all the time.
I'm not trying to save $3 measly dollars a month. i have a bit of a life, and I'm not that f---cked up !! Your said in the last few minutes that your personal choice of VPN is Atlas VPN, and Denys Davidov, who reports on the Ukraine Russia war, recommends it, so I will go with it. I don't have hours to research this, and I'm semi-literate with computers, so I will decide to trust you both. When one doesn't have judgement based upon being literate with computers, one MUST, MUST decide to trust someone, and then take the best chances. THANK YOU FOR ADVISING ME; THAT IS SO MUCH APPRECIATED ! Aarre Peltomaa
