This is so great information. Alot of nurses just because they have been a nurse for a long time, they no longer give support forgetting how they started. Heard a lot of stories who BULLY fellow NURSES MOST ESPECIALLY THE NEWBIES! I appreciate this video b/c it gives awareness to "all" nurses and understand the feeling of those newly hired RNs. Remember, who can we ask for help? the new grads and new nurses! We want them to stay working with us rather than quitting.

Oh how I wish this were true…. You have to have a thick skin to be a nurse. A lot of nurses will not train the newbie…there are always those altruists but they are few and far between. I would like to be a part of the change in nursing culture where we lean on each others strength and fortify each others weaknesses.

You just ask if they refuse. Aight. You sabotage them 😂

Not a very good idea. Sabotaging the nurse is akin to sabotaging a patient. I won't even dream of doing that, best to move on and find someone else to help you.
