No If you give proper reason And communicate early Then they will never blacklist any candidate. But now the 3rd Company that is in banglore is offering me highest CTC and a more ML concentrated role, so how should I decline the other two as they both are more Analytics related roles. No Bro both are almost same for me my first choice was Accenture and TCS was my second choice. since a mid- senior level developer with around 8 years experience quality of work and technology has more important than job security. but the reason why i choice TCS was location both were giving same salary but Accenture location was bangalore while TCS given me Kolkata Location

No Your old offer will not get rejected If you want to join ibm with previous salary send mail to hr You will be joining with your previous offer salary and you have no issue

See I was also thinking the same But for this literally i have to suffer in my career I could have settle in IBM as i was getting good recognisation there But due to lack of salary i have to move on from IBM It don't create any negative impact You are selling your technical skill and they will also be benefited from your skill so i feel there is no need to see it as negative approach Reat decision should be yours 😀😀😀😀😀😆😆😆😆

Ideally you should inform them.in advance generally before 2 week and in worst case 1 week before Else max they can do is to blacklist you for hiring in future.
