@@TheDrCork i use only 20ml of it, it’s fine. It’s actually really good and gives some complexity. The whole spec: 60ml Rum Blend (I use Flor de cana mix. 20ml 4y 40ml 7 y) 25ml aperol 20ml orgeat (it’s a 1:1 Sirup with a quarter of the sugar brown sugar) 15ml rich muscovado sugar Sirup (2:1) 15ml acid adjusted orange juice 25ml lime juice It’s a lot of volume, but it fits perfectly to my tikki cups 😁🍹

Mix 1 liter of hot water with 1 kg of sugar until sugar dissolves. Here's your simple syrup.

Given you wrote "sirups," did you mean a video showing how to make all the common syrups used in cocktail-making, and not just simple syrup?

Nah, it's fine. But that's pretty unusual, cause even Campari Group never advertised Aperol as a standalone drink :-)
