A look at my gold find Barbarian this season. I should have mentioned in the video that I am farming on players 1. This build can clear Travincal on players 8, but you will earn more gold per hour farming on p1.
you are loosing a lot of goldfind by having coh and loh,even the cham rune seems a waste for p1 council,the stormshield is enough.my barb is 2400 gf 75 rez on cold light fire(had to ral the stormshield lol).this works with high anni and high torch for resists.also you want to max potion find(+1 per level every time) and go to find item lvl 16(with all +skills) anything over is getting into diminishing returns should hit 69%.the remaining points i think are better spent on bo.also you need level 7 natual resistance(level 8 and forward is 2 points per skill opposed to 3).the merc also seems like too much of an ivestment,you need a a2 merc w guardian angel upped,kira's and reaper's toll(that decrep is godsent).when going up to the council go into durance and then exit so the merc can spawn propersl and not wait outside like an idiot.you can go up to 2500 even w crafted gf amulet(80) and maybe leming the stormshield and moving fire resist into charms but that would be more expensive so dimminishing returns and all...gl
Why reapers toll when you can have a warshrike/lacerator barb and just throw? Emilio is dogsh*t wandering around. If you're going for decrepify route go get yourself an act 5 bill frenzy with crescent moon and lawbringer arreats and duress.
I use to make a barb but the reselling trick for infinite gold using glinting weapons is now faster and easier. Just spam two buttons and then when it's time to gamble all the gold is sitting there to be picked up. In about the same time I can hork gold to get max stash I'll have an entire act 4 town covered in 35k piles.
@@froghermit9852 You need to find a Glinting Weapon, usually of the elite type. You can shop these on vendors but are a little rare. You must equip the Glinting Weapon before you sell, then for some reason on D2R it allows the full price sell. Then you just buy it back for 5k and repeat for endless profit. It's a lot more tedious than just killing trav but it requires no GF barb. So basically you're just buying back the item in which you sold then reselling it. gheeds and edge are not required either.
I started with an Assassin and built into Mosaic. Barb is my second character. But you could definitely start with barb and build your wealth through Travincal.
Swap Grief for Headstriker or Lightsaber. Swap CoH for Wealth or Guardian Angel. Swap Stormshield for Rhyme and use Goldwrap and Inferostrides. This will clear Travincal just fine on players 1!
a5 merc with hustle body + sword + lawbringer offhand with a smoke body and whatever helms fills gaps is a great budget merc for running trav@@TroyTesko
@@redeyenomore For sure! The only issue with Lawbringer is the cold damage, which can shatter their corpses and become unhorkable. Its a great item though!
Or just resell damage per level to vendor, over and over. I make 20m per 10min when I use a rune bow and gheeds 15%. Sells for 35k and buyback for 12k.
Yeah reselling the grind item is far better and cheaper. You get consistent gold and don’t need to wait for kill and load screen. I’ve tested the highest end game gold find barb and the reselling beats it hands down. It may not be the funniest but it’s superior.
