You got this 👏🏼🤍practice makes perfect! But I also recommend trying to rest your hand on a flat surface so that your hand is stable! Makes it way easier

But you have to remember that french tips are supposed to be like natural nails in which the white is after the base and the base is a different color. It made the base of your nail very long.
Yeah french tips are originally supposed to be inspired by real nails but fancier and cleaner. But we all know they don't actually look natural A LOT of the time at least. They can. But my point is that it is based off preference for french tips. Thicker\thinner tips. Straight/rounded lines between the base and white part of the nail. All depends. If you look at just the thumbnails of french tip nail videos on youtube you'll notice that almost none of them look the same.
They used to. But why not to slightly modify the Cupid' s bow, the brow' s arch and lengthness, etc... to make the nail bed look longer than it naturally is? It' s all about flattering.
