Best Ways to Visit Grand Canyon in 4 Hours or Less.

my family of 10 are going to do the West cost of America next July. we are from the UK. I have been looking at helicopter or plane flight's. But this has just made up my mind. this looks far better thanks

A helpful tip is to get there early in the morning so as not to sit in line for hours and hours to get a park pass. Even if you already have one you'll need to sit in line just to show the ranger. Sometimes they do have a special line, but not often.

I don't mind visiting the Grand Canyon it's very nice and all, but don't know if planning to work or not it depends if I'm planning to go for another job if I had different positions.

Damn I'm in Anthem I have family in Arizona for 12 years and this is my first time visiting them and I was told that the grand Canyon is too far meanwhile we went to Sedona an hour closer than the canyon like wtf could have saw all this for an extra 2 hours and $10 of gas

No Better idea Take US 89 N from Flagstaff to the Cameron Trading Post , use the bathroom , get gas Then US 89 S 200 yards Right on SR 64 Uphill to Desert View and Lipan Point which is the best place to see the Canyon for the first time Why ? * The River dominates the landscape * It was the place that the Europeans first saw the Canyon * You can see the abandoned Annasazi ruins at Unkar Creek N.Rim *It's one of the few places in the Canyon where almost all of the geological members can be seen in one place ; Below you is the Grand Canyon Supergroup , to your NNW you can see Butte Fault and trace out the block faulting that created the Canyon , to your left you can see Horseshoe Mesa , the Inner Gorge and the beginning of the Tonto Platform Next stop Grandview Point Below you is Horseshoe Mesa If you listen really carefully you can hear Hance and Sockdalager Rapids roaring below you Then and only then should you work your way over to the Visitors Center and do what remains of the Ranger's itinerary

if you have 6 hours id suggest a double crossing on foot 😉
