kids these days tho really care about expensive shoes still. ppl would probably laugh if i show up to school in these. all they wear are nikes, jordans and yeezys lmao. i honestly thought wearing these types of shoes would be easier back then
I had some new balances in elementary and im born in 99 couple ppl had em to but they were cheap compared to jordans i didnt like em at first but they grew on me wasnt this model it was one of the most popular ones
Lol the pain, when I was in elementary in years from 2005+ all the cool kids wore the DC shoes and Vans with little skate wheels under the shoes. My mom never wanted to buy those for me lol and found some cheap NB's for sale in store, I just knew I was gonna be dragged all over the school and flagged as an NB kid lol. Cried and begged her, she ended up getting me some cheap adidas running shoes, nobody cared about those xD. Crazy thing is these days I absolutely love my NB's and will wear them over Nike's any day of the week.

Got these shoes a while ago. Instead of using them for basketball shoes, I like using them for my skate fits (which is funny as I don't skate in them. I carry a backup pair because I fear messing them up too bad-).
That’s what I got but also because it’s my team’s colors (West Ham). Luckily they look great too. I also like the green / white 550s. I must say, this silhouette is so much comfier than it looks because of the insole.
Funny thing is: I’m normally a eu size 46. in case of the 550s I’m strangely right between 45 and 45.5. I have both at home right now and I’m so confused by the sizing. 45 is a bit to small and 45.5 is a bit to wide. Dort know what to do
being a boomer, NB was always a cheap brand back in the day (mid 90s), equivalent of like slazenger or lonsdale and i can't get past that... so gonna be giving these a miss.
Doesn’t matter where their roots lay, children of immigrants in the uk ALL have a jamaican accent😅. Doesn’t matter if their from ghana, morocco, india, pakistan, irak.. You name it. They ALL have the same universal accent.
