Just a few comments. I almost didn't leave anything, but I feel obligated. 1. Never accept something new that is rusted or paint chipped up. 2. Record putting the thing together, otherwise the video is pretty much useless.

I agree. Rust is more than cosmetic. It eats away at the material. With the condensation coming from the AC, i feel it will deteriorate faster than it should.
